shall_v grant_v any_o licence_n for_o any_o hackney_n or_o stage-coach_n for_o any_o long_a time_n than_o before_o direct_v l._n commissioner_n offence_n 100_o l._n he_o shall_v forfeit_v for_o every_o such_o offence_n 100_o l._n vi_o s._n the_o rate_n for_o hackny-coachman_n on_o penalty_n of_o 40_o s._n no_o hackney-coachman_n or_o driver_n shall_v take_v for_o his_o hire_n in_o london_n or_o ten_o mile_n thereof_o above_o 10_o s._n for_o a_o day_n reckon_v twelve_o hour_n to_o the_o day_n and_o by_o the_o hour_n not_o above_o 1_o s._n 6_o d._n for_o the_o first_o hour_n and_o 1_o
