and_o you_o have_v a_o full_a opportunity_n to_o make_v it_o this_o day_n seven-night_n before_o plea_n plead_v and_o you_o may_v likewise_o to_o day_n before_o the_o jury_n be_v swear_v therefore_o his_o indictment_n in_o order_n to_o his_o take_a exception_n to_o it_o so_o it_o have_v restrain_v he_o as_o to_o the_o time_n of_o make_v those_o exception_n that_o he_o shall_v have_v a_o time_n for_o it_o there_o be_v no_o doubt_n and_o the_o time_n limit_v for_o it_o as_o this_o act_n say_v must_v be_v before_o evidence_n give_v because_o it_o may_v well_o be_v think_v unreasonable_a that_o there_o shall_v be_v any_o quash_a of_o the_o indictment_n at_o the_o prisoner_n or_o his_o counsel_n motion_n after_o such_o time_n as_o the_o king_n have_v give_v any_o evidence_n whatsoever_o in_o the_o case_n for_o that_o will_v be_v a_o discovery_n of_o the_o king_n evidence_n and_o great_a inconvenience_n may_v ensue_v thereupon_o but_o the_o question_n be_v at_o what_o time_n this_o be_v to_o be_v do_v whether_o it_o may_v be_v at_o any_o time_n before_o evidence_n give_v or_o no_o it_o be_v intend_v sure_o that_o the_o motion_n to_o quash_n the_o indictment_n and_o take_v exception_n shall_v make_v your_o exception_n immediate_o before_o the_o evidence_n give_v in_o open_a court_n as_o if_o it_o have_v point_v out_o and_o direct_v to_o they_o that_o particular_a time_n that_o not_o answer_v my_o objection_n it_o be_v it_o seem_v a_o restriction_n of_o a_o liberty_n that_o we_o have_v before_o of_o move_v in_o arrest_n of_o judgement_n if_o so_o we_o ought_v not_o to_o be_v spell_a and_o improper_a latin_n mr._n conyers_n yes_o they_o do_v but_o that_o you_o shall_v do_v in_o your_o proper_a time_n sir_n b._n shewer_n then_o the_o time_n for_o do_v it_o must_v be_v that_o which_o the_o word_n of_o the_o law_n say_v before_o the_o evidence_n give_v in_o open_a court_n and_o that_o be_v now_o mr._n conyers_n no_o you_o may_v have_v come_v at_o the_o day_n of_o arraignment_n and_o have_v take_v the_o advantage_n of_o it_o then_o before_o you_o have_v plead_v l.c.j._n holt._n you_o have_v have_v my_o opinion_n what_o i_o think_v of_o it_o my_o lord_n and_o brother_n i_o suppose_v will_v tell_v you_o they_o l.c.j._n treby_n my_o lord_n chief_a justice_n have_v deliver_v his_o opinion_n in_o this_o matter_n and_o he_o think_v fit_a that_o we_o shall_v deliver_v we_o i_o think_v this_o motion_n of_o the_o prisoner_n council_n to_o quash_n this_o indictment_n after_o the_o jury_n swear_v be_v irregular_a and_o quite_o out_o of_o season_n the_o intent_n of_o this_o clause_n in_o this_o act_n of_o parliament_n certain_o be_v not_o in_o favour_n of_o the_o prisoner_n it_o abridge_v he_o of_o a_o liberty_n he_o have_v before_o but_o give_v he_o
