the_o mayor_n and_o court_n of_o alderman_n to_o retain_v and_o apply_v and_o the_o chamberlain_n to_o issue_n and_o pay_v towards_o the_o necessary_a expense_n and_o charge_n of_o the_o city_n any_o sum_n not_o exceed_v in_o the_o whole_a the_o sum_n of_o two_o thousand_o pound_n yearly_a out_o of_o the_o money_n hereby_o appoint_v to_o the_o use_n of_o the_o orphan_n and_o creditor_n but_o in_o case_n after_o the_o deduction_n and_o allowance_n of_o the_o say_v two_o thousand_o pound_n during_o the_o seven_o year_n there_o shall_v not_o be_v raise_v and_o pay_v to_o the_o orphan_n and_o creditor_n out_o of_o the_o residue_n of_o the_o profit_n of_o the_o aforesaid_a several_a provision_n and_o fond_n so_o much_o money_n as_o will_v full_o satisfy_v all_o the_o say_a orphan_n and_o
