person_n appoint_v thereto_o 9_o every_o member_n of_o the_o commons_o house_n house_n be_v to_o take_v this_o oath_n before_o he_o sit_v in_o parliament_n before_o the_o lord_n steward_n or_o his_o deputy_n 10._o none_o of_o or_o above_o the_o degree_n of_o a_o baron_n be_v compellable_n to_o take_v this_o oath_n but_o a_o peer_n offend_v herein_o peer_n be_v only_o triable_a by_o his_o peer_n as_o well_o as_o they_o can_v be_v know_v on_o pain_n respective_o to_o forfeit_v 20_o s._n for_o every_o default_n and_o this_o presentment_n to_o be_v enter_v by_o the_o clerk_n of_o the_o peace_n or_o town-clerk_n on_o record_n without_o fee_n on_o pain_n of_o 40_o s._n for_o every_o default_n 4._o if_o the_o recusant_n be_v convict_v upon_o such_o presentment_n recusant_n the_o officer_n present_v he_o shall_v have_v 40_o s._n out_o of_o the_o say_v recusants_n estate_n by_o order_n of_o the_o justice_n of_o peace_n recusant_n 5._o justice_n of_o assize_n goal-delivery_n and_o of_o
