any_o authority_n of_o parliament_n for_o there_o be_v not_o one_o word_n of_o treason_n or_o rebellion_n in_o this_o act_n or_o in_o the_o charter_n of_o pardon_n pursue_v it_o and_o if_o it_o have_v be_v high_a treason_n this_o act_n and_o charter_n on_o it_o extend_v only_o to_o felony_n and_o trespass_n not_o to_o treason_n and_o rebellion_n will_v 2._o not_o have_v pardon_v these_o transcendent_a capital_a crime_n second_o that_o the_o unlawful_a outrage_n robbery_n and_o murder_v commit_v by_o the_o soldier_n on_o the_o king_n liege_n people_n and_o not_o on_o the_o two_o spenser_n the_o sole_a delinquent_n be_v the_o occasion_n of_o this_o act_n of_o oblivion_n and_o pardon_n not_o the_o arm_a pursue_v of_o they_o when_o they_o have_v get_v above_o the_o reach_n of_o law_n three_o that_o though_o this_o be_v a_o offensive_a not_o defensive_a war_n make_v without_o common_a assent_n of_o parliament_n and_o many_o murder_n robbery_n and_o misdemeanour_n commit_v in_o the_o prosecution_n of_o it_o upon_o the_o king_n liege_n people_n who_o be_v no_o delinquent_n yet_o be_v for_o the_o common_a good_a to_o suppress_v and_o banish_v these_o ill_a councillor_n enemy_n traitor_n to_o king_n and_o kingdom_n the_o king_n and_o parliament_n think_v it_o such_o a_o public_a service_n as_o merit_v a_o pardon_n of_o these_o misdemeanour_n in_o the_o carriage_n of_o it_o and_o acquit_v all_o who_o be_v party_n to_o it_o from_o all_o suit_n and_o punishment_n all_o which_o consider_v be_v a_o clear_a demonstration_n that_o they_o will_v have_v resolve_v our_o present_a defensive_a war_n by_o authority_n of_o both_o house_n accompany_v with_o no_o such_o outrage_n as_o these_o for_o
