when_o any_o prisoner_n be_v bring_v before_o they_o for_o any_o manslaughter_n or_o felony_n before_o any_o bailment_n or_o mainprize_n shall_v take_v the_o examination_n of_o the_o prisoner_n and_o error_n facit_fw-la jus_fw-la that_o the_o common_a practice_n of_o a_o error_n make_v it_o the_o law_n of_o the_o court_n and_o not_o convenient_a to_o be_v alter_v yet_o i_o have_v never_o observe_v that_o maxim_n to_o take_v place_n in_o the_o high_a court_n of_o justice_n in_o this_o kingdom_n before_o the_o judge_n of_o the_o court_n at_o westminster_n justice_n of_o oyer_n and_o terminer_n
