ever_o by_o this_o present_a parliament_n be_v unite_v and_o annex_v to_o the_o imperial_a crown_n of_o this_o realm_n and_o that_o the_o king_n and_o queen_n of_o this_o realm_n shall_v have_v full_a power_n and_o authority_n by_o virtue_n of_o this_o act_n by_o letter_n patent_n under_o the_o great_a seal_n of_o england_n to_o assign_v name_n and_o authorise_v when_o and_o as_o often_o as_o they_o shall_v think_v meet_a and_o convenient_a and_o for_o such_o and_o so_o long_a time_n as_o they_o shall_v think_v meet_a to_o exercise_v use_n occupy_v and_o execute_v all_o manner_n of_o jurisdiction_n privilege_n and_o preeminence_n in_o any_o wise_a touch_v or_o concern_v any_o spiritual_a or_o ecclesiastical_a jurisdiction_n within_o these_o realm_n and_o to_o visit_v reform_v redress_n order_n correct_v and_o amend_v all_o such_o error_n heresy_n schism_n abuse_n offence_n contempt_n and_o enormity_n what_o soever_o which_o by_o any_o manner_n of_o spiritual_a or_o ecclesiastical_a power_n authority_n or_o jurisdiction_n can_v or_o may_v lawful_o be_v reform_v order_v redress_v correct_v restrain_v or_o amend_v to_o the_o pleasure_n of_o almighty_n god_n the_o increase_n of_o virtue_n and_o the_o conservation_n of_o the_o peace_n and_o unity_n of_o this_o realm_n and_o that_o such_o person_n and_o person_n so_o to_o be_v name_v authorize_v and_o appoint_v after_o the_o say_v letter_n patent_n to_o he_o or_o they_o make_v and_o deliver_v shall_v have_v full_a power_n and_o authority_n by_o virtue_n of_o this_o act_n and_o of_o the_o say_a letter_n patent_n to_o exercise_v use_v and_o execute_v all_o the_o premise_n according_a to_o the_o tenor_n and_o effect_n of_o the_o say_a letter_n patent_n any_o matter_n or_o cause_n to_o the_o contrary_a in_o any_o wise_a notwithstanding_o but_o in_o the_o act_n 17_o car._n 1._o c._n 11._o after_o the_o recital_n of_o this_o latter_a clause_n these_o word_n follow_v and_o whereas_o by_o colour_n of_o some_o word_n in_o the_o aforesaid_a branch_n of_o the_o say_a act_n whereby_o commissioner_n areauthorize_v to_o execute_v their_o commission_n according_a to_o the_o tenor_n and_o effect_n of_o the_o king_n letter_n patent_n and_o by_o letter_n patent_n ground_v thereupon_o the_o say_a commissioner_n have_v to_o the_o great_a and_o unsufferable_a wrong_n and_o oppression_n of_o the_o king_n subject_n use_v to_o fine_a and_o imprison_v they_o and_o to_o exercise_v authority_n not_o belong_v to_o ecclesiastical_a jurisdiction_n restore_v by_o that_o act_n and_o divers_a other_o great_a mischief_n and_o inconvenience_n have_v also_o ensue_v to_o the_o king_n subject_n by_o occasion_n of_o the_o say_a branch_n and_o commission_n issue_v thereupon_o and_o the_o execution_n thereof_o therefore_o for_o the_o repress_v and_o prevent_v of_o the_o aforesaid_a abuse_n mischief_n and_o inconvenience_n in_o time_n to_o come_v be_v it_o enact_v by_o the_o king_n be_v most_o excellent_a
