examine_v into_o truth_n of_o certificate_n on_o oath_n and_o if_o on_o examination_n the_o say_a justice_n shall_v find_v any_o fraud_n such_o justice_n be_v require_v to_o certify_v the_o same_o to_o the_o commissioner_n of_o the_o admiralty_n or_o lord_n high_a admiral_n certify_v and_o if_o find_v any_o fraud_n to_o certify_v that_o such_o fraud_n and_o deceit_n may_v be_v prevent_v act_n
