every_o parish_n within_o this_o island_n be_v require_v and_o authorize_v to_o receive_v the_o say_a subscription_n and_o after_o the_o say_v 20._o day_n of_o march_n to_o make_v return_n thereof_o with_o the_o name_n of_o all_o such_o person_n as_o have_v not_o subscribe_v the_o same_o unto_o the_o right_n honnorable_a the_o lord_n lieutenant_n general_n or_o who_o his_o lordship_n shall_v
