offence_n other_o to_o inquire_v as_o well_o at_o the_o suit_n of_o the_o king_n as_o of_o the_o party_n other_o to_o charge_v the_o juries_n before_o they_o to_o inquire_v other_o that_o the_o offence_n shall_v be_v enquireable_a before_o they_o other_o that_o they_o shall_v inquire_v by_o presentment_n other_o that_o they_o shall_v inquire_v and_o set_v fine_n how_o all_o these_o shall_v be_v take_v and_o what_o the_o justice_n of_o peace_n may_v do_v upon_o they_o answ_n we_o conceive_v also_o that_o these_o word_n in_o the_o most_o of_o these_o statute_n be_v of_o the_o same_o nature_n and_o shall_v have_v the_o same_o construction_n as_o those_o in_o the_o last_o question_n have_v and_o that_o they_o do_v not_o limit_v the_o power_n of_o the_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n how_o and_o in_o what_o way_n we_o can_v set_v forth_o quest_n 11._o where_o some_o of_o the_o statute_n do_v give_v a_o power_n to_o the_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n to_o punish_v a_o offence_n according_a to_o their_o discretion_n other_o for_o such_o a_o offence_n to_o fine_a or_o to_o imprison_v according_a to_o their_o discretion_n other_o to_o fine_a and_o imprison_v according_a to_o their_o discretion_n as_o be_v 7_o jac._n 4._o 17_o r._n 2._o of_o fish_n how_o all_o these_o shall_v be_v take_v and_o what_o the_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n may_v do_v upon_o they_o answ_n we_o do_v conceive_v that_o by_o this_o sort_n of_o word_n also_o that_o there_o be_v a_o good_a power_n of_o oyer_n and_o terminer_n of_o the_o offence_n name_v in_o the_o statute_n etc._n etc._n
