lordsday_n without_o summon_v or_o hear_v their_o defence_n whereby_o it_o may_v appear_v whether_o they_o be_v work_n of_o charity_n or_o necessity_n or_o due_o weigh_v the_o circumstance_n of_o the_o respective_a case_n and_o thereby_o condemn_v the_o guiltless_a with_o the_o guilty_a which_o have_v exceed_o hinder_v the_o good_a purpose_n intend_v by_o the_o say_a order_n and_o deter_v several_a well-disposed_a people_n from_o inform_v or_o act_v therein_o and_o forasmuch_o as_o this_o court_n have_v from_o time_n to_o time_n receive_v many_o repeat_v complaint_n from_o divers_a inn-holders_n victualler_n and_o other_o who_o have_v great_o suffer_v by_o such_o oppressive_a proceed_n this_o court_n for_o remedy_n of_o the_o say_a mischief_n and_o to_o the_o end_n that_o so_o religious_a a_o intention_n may_v not_o miscarry_v do_v resolve_v to_o encourage_v all_o manner_n of_o legal_a information_n touch_v the_o suppress_v and_o punishment_n of_o the_o say_a vice_n pursuant_n to_o their_o former_a order_n but_o be_v of_o opinion_n that_o the_o conviction_n for_o continue_v tipple_a or_o for_o exercise_v their_o ordinary_a calling_n on_o the_o lordsday_n ought_v not_o to_o be_v make_v on_o any_o person_n or_o person_n before_o a_o warrant_n or_o summons_n from_o a_o justice_n of_o peace_n of_o this_o county_n be_v first_o have_v and_o serve_v on_o the_o person_n accuse_v and_o oath_n make_v of_o such_o service_n that_o the_o person_n so_o accuse_v may_v be_v first_o hear_v and_o the_o convict_a justice_n thereby_o enable_v to_o make_v a_o true_a judgement_n of_o the_o circumstance_n of_o every_o such_o accusation_n before_o he_o make_v his_o conviction_n and_o for_o a_o due_a encouragement_n to_o all_o such_o informer_n this_o court_n do_v shall_v by_o the_o examination_n and_o legal_a method_n and_o proof_n aforesaid_a be_v due_o convict_v for_o suffer_a person_n to_o continue_v tipple_a in_o their_o house_n shall_v not_o only_o incur_v the_o penalty_n of_o 10_o s._n but_o be_v suppress_v for_o three_o year_n according_a to_o the_o direction_n of_o the_o stat._n in_o that_o case_n make_v and_o provide_v and_o it_o be_v
