frustate_n and_o make_v void_a the_o election_n of_o such_o person_n or_o person_n so_o refuse_v or_o deny_v as_o aforesaid_a and_o then_o and_o in_o such_o case_n and_o case_n any_o other_o fit_a and_o able_a person_n citizen_n or_o citizen_n of_o the_o say_a city_n or_o inhabit_v within_o the_o libertye_n and_o precinct_n thereof_o in_o convenient_a time_n to_o elect_v a_o new_a to_o execute_v such_o office_n or_o office_n so_o deny_v or_o refuse_v to_o be_v excute_v as_o aforesaid_a and_o that_o if_o it_o shall_v happen_v that_o such_o person_n or_o person_n so_o to_o be_v
