seem_v that_o one_o principal_a cause_n of_o the_o make_n of_o this_o law_n be_v that_o for_o as_o much_o as_o k._n henry_n the_o second_o grand_a father_n to_o king_n edward_n the_o first_o have_v affore_v the_o land_n and_o wood_n of_o diverse_a person_n which_o be_v not_o the_o king_n own_o demean_v wood_n as_o it_o do_v appear_v by_o the_o first_o article_n of_o this_o statute_n and_o all_o those_o be_v there_o appoint_v to_o be_v dissafore_v again_o and_o so_o to_o be_v put_v clean_o out_o of_o the_o forest_n now_o this_o second_o branch_n or_o article_n be_v as_o it_o be_v a_o especial_a provision_n thief_o for_o they_o that_o then_o be_v dweller_n in_o those_o place_n which_o some_o time_n be_v within_o the_o forest_n and_o yet_o by_o this_o statute_n put_v out_o of_o the_o forest_n that_o they_o be_v out_o of_o the_o bound_n of_o the_o forest_n shall_v not_o be_v compel_v to_o come_v before_o the_o justice_n of_o the_o forest_n at_o their_o general_a session_n by_o this_o general_a summons_n as_o they_o be_v wont_a to_o do_v unless_o that_o they_o be_v pledge_n for_o same_o other_o person_n that_o be_v a_o offender_n or_o that_o they_o be_v there_o implead_v for_o any_o plea_n of_o the_o forest_n or_o that_o they_o be_v attach_v by_o any_o minister_n of_o the_o forest_n to_o appear_v before_o the_o justice_n for_o the_o same_o offence_n of_o
