from_o time_n to_o time_n to_o issue_v their_o warrant_n direct_v unto_o the_o say_a treasurer_n for_o payment_n of_o all_o such_o salary_n and_o for_o payment_n of_o all_o other_o incident_a charge_n whatsoever_o and_o also_o for_o repayment_n of_o all_o money_n deposit_v or_o undue_o receive_v and_o the_o say_a treasurer_n be_v hereby_o empower_v and_o require_v to_o pay_v the_o same_o according_o and_o such_o warrant_v together_o with_o the_o acquittance_n of_o the_o person_n concern_v shall_v be_v unto_o they_o a_o sufficient_a discharge_n in_o that_o behalf_n and_o the_o say_a treasurer_n be_v hereby_o further_o empower_v and_o require_v from_o time_n to_o time_n to_o pay_v into_o the_o receipt_n of_o the_o exchequer_n at_o westminster_n all_o the_o rest_n and_o residue_n of_o all_o such_o rent_n issue_n profit_n and_o other_o sum_n of_o money_n which_o shall_v be_v so_o receive_v by_o they_o as_o aforesaid_a and_o to_o take_v such_o acquittance_n or_o other_o discharge_v for_o the_o same_o as_o have_v usual_o be_v give_v in_o the_o same_o or_o the_o like_a case_n or_o case_n which_o acquittance_n or_o other_o discharge_v shall_v be_v sufficient_a to_o acquit_v and_o discharge_v they_o the_o say_v treasurer_n on_o that_o behalf_n and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o the_o commissioner_n for_o sequestration_n and_o every_o of_o they_o before_o he_o or_o they_o do_v intermeddle_v in_o the_o execution_n of_o any_o of_o the_o power_n give_v unto_o they_o in_o and_o by_o this_o act_n or_o by_o the_o say_a act_n first_o above_o mention_v shall_v take_v the_o oath_n herein_o after_o express_v before_o the_o lord_n commissioner_n of_o the_o great_a seal_n or_o any_o two_o of_o they_o who_o be_v hereby_o authorize_v and_o require_v to_o administer_v the_o same_o that_o be_v to_o say_v i_o a._n b._n do_v swear_v that_o i_o will_v according_a to_o my_o best_a skill_n and_o knowledge_n true_o and_o faithful_o perform_v and_o discharge_v the_o trust_v repose_v in_o and_o commit_v unto_o i_o in_o relation_n unto_o two_o act_n of_o parliament_n the_o one_o entitle_v a_o act_n for_o sequestration_n the_o other_o entitle_v a_o aditional_a act_n for_o sequestration_n and_o that_o i_o will_v not_o for_o love_n or_o hate_n favour_n or_o affection_n gift_n or_o reward_v or_o hope_v thereof_o or_o for_o any_o other_o cause_n or_o motive_n whatsoever_o voluntary_o break_v or_o infringe_v my_o say_a trust_n in_o any_o matter_n or_o thing_n whatsoever_o so_o help_v i_o god_n and_o the_o say_a treasurer_n comptroller_n or_o checque_fw-fr and_o every_o person_n that_o shall_v be_v nominate_v and_o appoint_v by_o the_o say_a commissioner_n for_o sequestration_n or_o any_o four_o or_o more_o of_o they_o to_o be_v any_o of_o such_o committée_n for_o sequestration_n and_o every_o person_n that_o shall_v be_v employ_v by_o or_o under_o the_o say_a commissioner_n for_o sequestration_n or_o by_o or_o under_o the_o say_a committee_n for_o sequestration_n as_o council_n register_n solicitor_n cheeque_n examiner_n auditor_n or_o otherwise_o be_v heredy_o require_v before_o any_o such_o person_n act_n far_o in_o any_o thing_n touch_v the_o premise_n to_o take_v the_o same_o oath_n mutatis_fw-la mutandis_fw-la before_o one_o or_o more_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n for_o such_o county_n or_o place_n where_o such_o person_n be_v to_o act_n or_o be_v employ_v which_o oath_n such_o justice_n be_v hereby_o empower_v and_o require_v to_o administer_v according_o and_o last_o be_v it_o enact_v and_o it_o be_v hereby_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o the_o say_a commissioner_n and_o every_o of_o they_o respective_o shall_v have_v and_o receive_v for_o their_o pain_n and_o care_n in_o the_o management_n of_o this_o business_n of_o sequestration_n the_o yearly_o sum_n of_o three_o hundred_o pound_n to_o be_v pay_v by_o the_o say_a treasurer_n unto_o they_o the_o say_v commissioner_n and_o every_o of_o they_o respective_o by_o even_o and_o quarterly_o payment_n the_o receipt_n of_o which_o under_o the_o hand_n of_o the_o say_v respective_a commissioner_n shall_v for_o such_o respective_a commissioner_n sallarie_n be_v from_o time_n to_o time_n a_o sufficient_a discharge_n to_o the_o say_a treasurer_n and_o also_o that_o the_o say_v committee_n in_o the_o respective_a county_n and_o place_n shall_v have_v and_o retain_v to_o their_o own_o use_n for_o their_o salary_n one_o shilling_n six_o penny_n in_o the_o pound_n of_o all_o such_o money_n as_o shall_v be_v pay_v by_o they_o unto_o the_o say_a treasurer_n out_o of_o the_o profit_n of_o the_o say_v sequester_v estate_n in_o the_o respective_a county_n and_o place_n tuesday_n february_n 7._o
