therefore_o utter_o unworthy_a to_o hold_v any_o place_n in_o it_o the_o consequence_n of_o occasion_n to_o the_o people_n to_o show_v any_o disrespect_n to_o the_o public_a authority_n though_o it_o be_v but_o in_o instance_n of_o what_o may_v be_v think_v lesser_a offence_n at_o the_o first_o be_v more_o pernicious_a to_o any_o government_n than_o the_o breach_n of_o the_o law_n in_o great_a instance_n when_o due_o punish_v but_o as_o they_o must_v first_o keep_v they_o themselves_o so_o must_v they_o cause_v they_o to_o be_v keep_v by_o other_o by_o punishment_n of_o all_o person_n offend_a this_o be_v that_o equal_a right_n to_o the_o poor_a and_o to_o the_o rich_a that_o impartial_a justice_n which_o they_o oblige_v themselves_o to_o do_v by_o solemn_a oath_n it_o must_v be_v
