with_o one_o consonant_a heart_n and_o voice_n may_v thankful_o render_v to_o thou_o all_o laud_n and_o praise_n that_o we_o knit_v in_o one_o godly_a concord_n and_o unity_n among_o ourselves_o may_v this_o treaty_n of_o obedience_n of_o subject_n to_o their_o prince_n and_o against_o disobedience_n and_o rebellion_n i_o have_v allege_v divers_a sentence_n out_o of_o the_o holy_a scripture_n for_o proof_n so_o shall_v it_o be_v good_a for_o the_o better_a declaration_n and_o confirmation_n of_o the_o say_v wholesome_a doctrine_n to_o allege_v one_o example_n or_o two_o out_o of_o the_o holy_a scripture_n of_o the_o obedience_n of_o subject_n not_o only_o unto_o their_o good_a and_o gracious_a governor_n but_o also_o unto_o their_o evil_a and_o unkind_a prince_n as_o king_n saul_n be_v not_o of_o the_o best_a but_o rather_o of_o the_o worst_a sort_n of_o prince_n as_o be_v out_o of_o god_n favour_n for_o his_o disobedience_n against_o god_n in_o spare_v in_o a_o wrong_a pity_n the_o king_n agag_n who_o almighty_a god_n command_v to_o be_v slay_v according_a to_o the_o justice_n of_o god_n against_o his_o swear_a enemy_n and_o although_o saul_n of_o a_o devotion_n mean_v to_o sacrifice_v such_o thing_n as_o he_o spare_v of_o the_o amalechites_n to_o the_o honour_n and_o service_n of_o god_n yet_o saul_n be_v reprove_v for_o his_o wrong_a mercy_n and_o devotion_n and_o be_v tell_v that_o obedience_n will_v have_v more_o please_v he_o than_o such_o lenity_n which_o sinful_a humanity_n say_v holy_a chrysostom_n be_v more_o cruel_a before_o god_n than_o any_o murder_n or_o shed_v of_o blood_n when_o it_o be_v command_v of_o god_n but_o yet_o how_o evil_a soever_o saul_n the_o king_n be_v and_o out_o of_o god_n favour_n yet_o be_v he_o obey_v of_o his_o subject_a david_n the_o very_o best_a of_o all_o subject_n and_o most_o valiant_a in_o the_o service_n of_o his_o prince_n and_o country_n in_o the_o war_n the_o most_o obedient_a and_o love_a in_o peace_n and_o always_o most_o true_a and_o faithful_a to_o his_o sovereign_n and_o lord_n and_o far_a off_o from_o all_o manner_n of_o rebellion_n for_o the_o which_o his_o most_o painful_a true_a and_o faithful_a service_n king_n saul_n yet_o reward_v he_o not_o only_o with_o great_a unkindness_n but_o also_o seek_v his_o destruction_n and_o death_n by_o all_o mean_v possible_a so_o that_o david_n be_v fain_o to_o save_v his_o life_n not_o by_o rebellion_n or_o any_o resistance_n but_o by_o flight_n and_o hide_v himself_o from_o the_o king_n sight_n which_o notwithstanding_o when_o king_n saul_n upon_o a_o time_n come_v alone_o into_o the_o cave_n where_o david_n be_v so_o that_o david_n may_v easy_o have_v slay_v he_o yet_o will_v he_o neither_o hurt_v he_o himself_o neither_o suffer_v any_o of_o his_o
