quarter_n can_v be_v pay_v as_o this_o act_n direct_v and_o where_o any_o soldier_n shall_v be_v upon_o their_o march_n so_o as_o no_o subsistence_n can_v be_v remit_v they_o every_o such_o officer_n before_o departure_n out_o of_o his_o quarter_n where_o such_o regiment_n etc._n etc._n shall_v remain_v for_o any_o time_n whatsoever_o shall_v make_v up_o the_o account_n as_o this_o act_n direct_v with_o those_o with_o who_o they_o have_v quarter_v before_o he_o leave_v that_o quarter_n and_o give_v the_o say_a certificate_n to_o the_o person_n to_o who_o such_o money_n be_v due_a with_o the_o general_n the_o next_o day_n after_o if_o in_o london_n or_o within_o twenty_o mile_n distance_n and_o if_o at_o a_o far_a distance_n by_o the_o next_o post_n on_o pain_n of_o lose_v their_o such_o carriage_n or_o shall_v force_v any_o constable_n etc._n etc._n by_o threat_n to_o provide_v saddle-horse_n or_o shall_v force_v horse_n from_o the_o owner_n he_o shall_v forfeit_v 5_o l._n for_o every_o such_o offence_n proof_n thereof_o be_v make_v upon_o oath_n before_o two_o justice_n of_o peace_n who_o be_v to_o certify_v the_o same_o to_o the_o paymaster_n general_n who_o shall_v any_o game_n and_o shall_v be_v convict_v thereof_o upon_o oath_n before_o a_o justice_n of_o peace_n he_o shall_v forfeit_v if_o a_o officer_n 5_o l._n to_o be_v distribute_v among_o the_o poor_a
