undergo_v in_o this_o world_n many_o time_n upon_o the_o account_n of_o religion_n to_o pass_v unrewarded_a and_o the_o many_o mischief_n and_o profanation_n which_o wicked_a man_n take_v the_o advantage_n of_o commit_v by_o their_o greatness_n and_o prosperity_n in_o this_o world_n to_o go_v unpunished_a what_o great_a glory_n will_v it_o be_v to_o preside_v over_o this_o material_a world_n s●ars_n and_o meteor_n sea_n and_o land_n plant_n and_o beast_n to_o put_v these_o thing_n into_o such_o a_o regular_a course_n as_o may_v be_v suitable_a to_o their_o nature_n and_o the_o operation_n for_o which_o they_o be_v design_v and_o in_o the_o mean_a space_n to_o have_v no_o proportionable_a regard_n either_o for_o those_o that_o reverence_v the_o deity_n or_o those_o who_o contemn_v he_o it_o be_v very_o well_o say_v to_o this_o purpose_n by_o a_o late_a author_n that_o not_o to_o conduct_v amyraldus_n the_o course_n of_o n●●ure_n in_o a_o due_a manner_n may_v speak_v some_o defect_n of_o wisdom_n in_o god_n but_o not_o to_o compensate_a virtue_n and_o vice_n beside_o the_o defect_n of_o wisdom_n in_o not_o adjust_v thing_n suitable_o to_o their_o qualification_n but_o cross_o couple_v prosperity_n with_o vice_n and_o misery_n with_o virtue_n will_v argue_v too_o great_a a_o defect_n of_o goodness_n and_o justice_n and_o perhaps_o it_o will_v be_v less_o expedient_a say_v he_o with_o epicurus_n to_o deny_v all_o providence_n than_o to_o ascribe_v it_o to_o such_o defect_n it_o be_v less_o unworthy_a of_o the_o divine_a nature_n to_o neglect_v the_o universe_n altogether_o than_o to_o administer_v human_a affair_n with_o so_o much_o injustice_n and_o irregularity_n and_o therefore_o it_o be_v necessary_a for_o the_o vindication_n of_o divine_a providence_n
