speak_v all_o that_o i_o have_v to_o say_v and_o when_o i_o reply_v that_o i_o have_v speak_v all_o the_o lord_n president_n speak_v let_v i_o know_v the_o court_n have_v with_o much_o patience_n hear_v i_o tell_v a_o long_a story_n though_o no_o way_n pertinent_a to_o the_o matter_n before_o they_o the_o substance_n be_v that_o mr._n ash_n advise_v i_o to_o sell_v my_o farm_n at_o aubury_n and_o with_o that_o money_n to_o pay_v my_o composition_n but_o the_o lord_n president_n demand_v whether_o he_o or_o any_o for_o he_o treat_v with_o i_o for_o buy_v of_o it_o or_o whether_o he_o discover_v a_o desire_n to_o buy_v the_o farm_n at_o aubury_n that_o i_o answer_v his_o lordship_n he_o do_v not_o and_o thereupon_o the_o lord_n president_n demand_v how_o the_o story_n can_v then_o reflect_v upon_o mr._n ash_n i_o answer_v that_o i_o believe_v mr._n ash_n intend_v to_o buy_v the_o farm_n because_o he_o have_v advise_v i_o to_o sell_v it_o this_o be_v in_o short_a the_o substance_n of_o his_o relation_n if_o at_o least_o that_o may_v be_v say_v to_o have_v a_o substance_n which_o be_v nothing_o only_o a_o invention_n of_o his_o own_o but_o mr._n ash_n be_v very_o just_a in_o this_o particular_a and_o have_v not_o only_o perform_v but_o be_v according_a to_o the_o proverb_n better_a than_o his_o word_n for_o have_v assure_v i_o when_o i_o reproach_v he_o with_o invent_v also_o this_o formal_a story_n to_o give_v a_o countenance_n to_o his_o denial_n and_o this_o i_o shall_v most_o clear_o prove_v not_o by_o the_o boldness_n of_o a_o affirmation_n as_o he_o have_v do_v but_o by_o the_o undeniable_a evidence_n of_o the_o proceed_n in_o the_o high_a court_n where_o whatsoever_o be_v read_v or_o speak_v be_v take_v at_o first_o in_o shorthand_n by_o mr._n consent_n of_o mr._n attorney_n general_n and_o my_o counsel_n admit_v as_o indifferent_a evidence_n by_o this_o it_o do_v appear_v that_o mr._n attorney_n general_n upon_o the_o first_o sit_v of_o the_o court_n acquaint_v they_o that_o mr._n ash_n and_o mr._n stephens_n do_v both_o of_o they_o appear_v that_o day_n be_v the_o first_o time_n that_o they_o come_v to_o be_v examine_v as_o answer_n to_o their_o evidence_n i_o have_v in_o part_n lay_v open_v these_o his_o practice_n against_o i_o mr._n attorney_n general_n be_v then_o so_o far_o from_o take_v notice_n to_o the_o court_n that_o what_o i_o speak_v do_v not_o at_o all_o answer_n to_o the_o report_n about_o the_o town_n as_o that_o he_o appeal_v unto_o the_o court_n whether_o that_o so_o much_o as_o a_o word_n
