frailty_n and_o perversity_n of_o man_n be_v thou_o my_o strength_n &_o all_o my_o trust_n for_o my_o own_o conscience_n suffice_v i_o not_o thou_o know_v that_o which_o i_o can_v reach_v unto_o and_o therefore_o in_o every_o reprehension_n i_o ought_v to_o have_v submit_v myself_o &_o to_o have_v bear_v it_o patient_o

nourish_v also_o pride_n &_o vain_a glory_n from_o whence_o do_v usual_o spring_v envy_n and_o dissension_n whilst_o one_o will_v needs_o foolish_o have_v this_o saint_n prefer_v and_o the_o other_o another_z to_o desire_v to_o know_v and_o search_v out_o such_o thing_n be_v to_o no_o purpose_n but_o to_o displease_v the_o saint_n of_o who_o they_o speak_v for_o i_o be_o not_o the_o god_n of_o dissension_n but_o of_o peace_n which_o peace_n consist_v rather_o in_o true_a humility_n then_o in_o exalt_v ourselves_o 3._o some_o be_v carry_v with_o zeal_n of_o affection_n to_o love_v these_o or_o those_o most_o but_o this_o love_n be_v rather_o humane_a then_o divine_a i_o have_v make_v all_o the_o saint_n and_o have_v give_v they_o grace_n i_o have_v make_v they_o partaker_n of_o my_o glory_n i_o know_v the_o merit_n of_o every_o one_o i_o have_v prevent_v they_o in_o the_o benediction_n of_o my_o sweetness_n i_o foreknow_v my_o belove_a before_o the_o begin_n of_o the_o world_n 15._o joan._n 15._o i_o choose_v they_o out_o of_o the_o world_n they_o choose_v not_o i_o first_o i_o call_v they_o by_o grace_n i_o draw_v they_o by_o mercy_n i_o lead_v they_o through_o sundry_a themselves_o and_o draw_v out_o of_o the_o affection_n of_o themselves_o they_o tend_v whole_o unto_o the_o love_n of_o i_o in_o which_o also_o they_o rest_v enjoy_v i_o with_o unspeakable_a glory_n nothing_o can_v put_v they_o back_o nothing_o press_v they_o down_o for_o be_v full_a of_o everlasting_a truth_n they_o burn_v with_o the_o fire_n of_o unquenchable_a charity_n let_v therefore_o carnal_a and_o earthlyman_n that_o can_v affect_v no_o other_o but_o private_a joy_n forbear_v to_o dispute_v of_o the_o state_n of_o saint_n they_o add_v and_o take_v away_o according_a to_o their_o own_o fancy_n not_o as_o it_o please_v the_o everlasting_a truth_n 6._o there_o be_v in_o many_o great_a ignorance_n special_o in_o those_o that_o be_v slender_o enlighten_v and_o these_o can_v seldom_o love_v any_o with_o perfect_a spiritual_a love_n they_o be_v always_o much_o draw_v by_o a_o natural_a affection_n and_o humane_a friendship_n to_o this_o man_n or_o to_o that_o &_o according_a to_o the_o experience_n they_o have_v of_o themselves_o in_o their_o earthly_a affection_n so_o they_o frame_v a_o imagination_n of_o heavenly_a thing_n but_o there_o be_v a_o incomparable_a distance_n between_o the_o thing_n which_o the_o imperfect_a frame_n in_o their_o conceit_n and_o those_o which_o illuminate_v person_n do_v see_v by_o revelation_n from_o above_o 7._o beware_v therefore_o my_o son_n that_o thou_o treat_v not_o curious_o of_o these_o thing_n 3._o eccli_n 3._o which_o exceed_v thy_o knowledge_n but_o rather_o so_o apply_v thy_o endeavour_n that_o thou_o may_v at_o least_o have_v the_o mean_a place_n in_o the_o kingdom_n of_o heaven_n and_o if_o any_o one_o do_v know_v which_o of_o the_o saint_n exceed_v other_o in_o sanctity_n or_o be_v esteem_v great_a in_o the_o kingdom_n of_o heaven_n what_o will_v this_o knowledge_n avail_v he_o unless_o he_o shall_v thereby_o humble_v himself_o the_o more_o in_o my_o sight_n and_o stir_v up_o his_o mind_n to_o praise_v my_o name_n with_o great_a fervour_n his_o labour_n be_v much_o more_o acceptable_a unto_o god_n that_o think_v of_o the_o greatness_n of_o his_o sin_n and_o his_o want_n of_o virtue_n &_o how_o far_o off_o he_o be_v from_o the_o perfection_n of_o the_o saint_n then_o he_o that_o dispute_v of_o their_o greatness_n it_o be_v better_a to_o pray_v to_o the_o saint_n with_o devotion_n &_o tear_n and_o to_o crave_v their_o glorious_a suffrage_n with_o a_o humble_a mind_n then_o to_o search_v their_o secret_n with_o vain_a curiosity_n 8._o they_o be_v well_o and_o right_o well_o content_v if_o man_n can_v content_v themselves_o and_o refrain_v from_o these_o vain_a discourse_n they_o glory_v not_o of_o their_o own_o merit_n for_o they_o ascribe_v no_o good_a unto_o themselves_o but_o attribute_v all_o to_o i_o who_o of_o my_o infinite_a charity_n have_v bestow_v my_o blessing_n upon_o they_o they_o be_v replenish_v with_o so_o great_a love_n of_o my_o godhead_n and_o so_o superaboundant_a joy_n that_o there_o be_v no_o glory_n nor_o happiness_n that_o be_v or_o can_v be_v want_v unto_o they_o all_o the_o saint_n how_o much_o the_o high_o they_o be_v in_o glory_n so_o much_o the_o more_o humble_a they_o be_v in_o themselves_o and_o near_o and_o dear_a unto_o i_o and_o therefore_o thou_o haft_n it_o write_v 4._o apoc._n 4._o that_o they_o do_v
