thaucthoritie_n aforesaid_a that_o conceylement_n or_o keep_v secret_a of_o any_o high_a treason_n be_v deem_v and_o take_v only_o misprision_n of_o treason_n &_o the_o offender_n therein_o to_o forfayte_v and_o suffer_v as_o in_o case_n of_o misprision_n of_o treason_n have_v heretofore_o be_v use_v any_o thing_n above_o mention_v to_o the_o contrarynotwithstanding_n provide_v also_o that_o if_o it_o shall_v fortune_n hereafter_o any_o of_o the_o pear_n of_o this_o realm_n to_o be_v indict_v of_o any_o of_o the_o offence_n make_v treason_n or_o misprision_n of_o treason_n by_o this_o act_n that_o then_o the_o same_o pear_n or_o pear_n so_o be_v indect_v shall_v be_v put_v to_o answer_n unto_o every_o such_o endictement_n before_o the_o high_a steward_n of_o england_n for_o the_o time_n be_v and_o to_o have_v he_o and_o their_o trial_n by_o he_o and_o their_o pear_n and_o to_o receive_v and_o have_v such_o like_a judgement_n upon_o thesame_a trial_n of_o he_o or_o their_o pear_n or_o make_v open_a confession_n of_o the_o same_o offence_n or_o offence_n as_o be_v use_v in_o other_o case_n of_o high_a treason_n and_o it_o be_v further_o enact_v by_o thauctoritie_n aforesaid_a that_o no_o person_n or_o person_n shall_v in_o any_o wise_n be_v impech_v for_o any_o of_o the_o offence_n above_o say_v commit_v only_o by_o open_a preach_n or_o word_n onlesse_a the_o offender_n or_o offender_n be_v thereof_o indectedwithin_a syxe_n month_n next_o after_o the_o same_o open_a preach_n or_o word_n any_o thing_n contain_v in_o this_o act_n to_o the_o contrary_a notwithstanding_o provide_v always_o and_o be_v it_o enact_v by_o thaucthoritie_n aforesaid_a that_o upon_o thearraygnement_n of_o any_o person_n which_o hereafter_o shall_v for_o tune_n to_o be_v arraign_v for_o any_o treason_n mention_v in_o this_o act_n all_o and_o every_o such_o person_n &_o person_n or_o two_o of_o they_o at_o the_o least_o as_o shall_v hereafter_o write_v declare_v confess_v or_o depose_v any_o thing_n or_o thnge_n against_o the_o person_n to_o be_v arrayn_v shall_v if_o they_o be_v then_o lyve_a and_o within_o the_o realm_n be_v bring_v forth_o in_o person_n before_o the_o party_n arraign_v if_o he_o require_v the_o same_o and_o object_n and_o say_v open_o in_o his_o hear_n what_o they_o or_o any_o of_o they_o can_v against_o he_o for_z or_o concern_v any_o the_o treason_n contain_v in_o the_o indictement_n where_o upon_o the_o party_n shall_v be_v so_o arraign_v onlesse_a the_o party_n arraign_v for_o any_o such_o treason_n shall_v willing_o confess_v the_o same_o at_o the_o time_n of_o he_o or_o their_o arraygnement_n provide_v nevertheless_o and_o be_v it_o enact_v by_o thauctoritie_n afore_o say_v that_o in_o all_o case_n of_o high_a treason_n concern_v coin_n current_a within_o this_o realm_n or_o for_o counterfeit_n the_o king_n or_o queen_n signet_n prynie_a seal_n great_a seal_n or_o sign_n manuel_n such_o manner_n of_o trial_n and_o none_o other_o be_v observe_v and_o keep_v as_o heretofore_o have_v be_v use_v by_o the_o common_a law_n of_o this_o realm_n any_o law_n statute_n or_o any_o other_o thing_n or_o thing_n to_o the_o contrary_a notwithstanding_o provide_v always_o that_o the_o counsellor_n procurer_n comforter_n and_o abbettour_n for_o he_o or_o their_o first_o offence_n shall_v suffer_v like_o punishment_n penalty_n and_o forfeiture_n as_o be_v contain_v in_o this_o act_n against_o the_o principal_a offender_n for_o their_o first_o offence_n and_o none_o other_o and_o that_o the_o counselor_n procurer_n comforter_n and_o abbettour_n for_o his_o or_o their_o second_o offence_n shall_v sustain_v like_o punyshment_n penalty_n &_o forfeiture_n as_o be_v contain_v in_o this_o act_n against_o the_o principal_a offendor_n or_o offender_n for_o their_o second_o offence_n and_o none_o other_o ¶_o a_o act_n for_o the_o punishment_n of_o bring_v in_o of_o counterfeit_n coin_n of_o foreign_a realm_n be_v current_a within_o this_o realm_n ¶_o the_o xi_o chapter_n where_o diverse_a and_o sundry_a coin_n of_o gold_n and_o silver_n of_o other_o realm_n not_o be_v of_o the_o proper_a coin_n of_o this_o realm_n of_o england_n and_o yet_o by_o the_o sufferance_n and_o consent_n of_o the_o king_n and_o queen_n our_o sovereign_a lord_n and_o lady_n be_v current_a in_o payment_n within_o this_o realine_n many_o ill_a dispose_v person_n for_o their_o own_o corrupt_a lucre_n &_o advantage_n have_v now_o of_o late_o bring_v into_o this_o realm_n from_o the_o party_n of_o beyond_o the_o sea_n great_a quantity_n of_o forge_a &_o counterfeit_v money_n like_v to_o the_o say_a coin_n of_o other_o foreign_a realm_n and_o have_v utter_v the_o same_o here_o by_o marchaundyse_v and_o otherwise_o to_o diverse_a of_o the_o subject_n of_o this_o realm_n to_o their_o great_a deceit_n hurt_n and_o damage_n because_o the_o say_v ill_o dispose_v person_n have_v perceave_v and_o understand_v that_o there_o be_v not_o nor_o yet_o be_v any_o sufficient_a law_n or_o statute_n make_v or_o provide_v for_o the_o condign_a punishment_n of_o the_o offender_n in_o that_o behalf_n wherefore_o be_v it_o enact_v and_o establish_v by_o the_o authority_n of_o this_o present_a parliament_n that_o if_o any_o person_n or_o person_n after_o the_o xx_o day_n of_o january_n next_o come_v shallbr_v from_o the_o party_n of_o beyond_o the_o sea_n into_o this_o realm_n or_o into_o any_o the_o dominion_n of_o the_o same_o any_o such_o false_a and_o counterfeit_n coin_n or_o money_n be_v current_a within_o this_o realm_n as_o be_v aforesaid_a know_v the_o same_o coin_n or_o money_n to_o be_v false_a and_o counterfeit_n to_o thintent_a to_o utter_v or_o make_v payment_n with_o the_o same_o within_o this_o realm_n or_o any_o the_o dominion_n of_o the_o same_o by_o marchaundyse_v or_o otherwise_o that_o all_o and_o every_o such_o person_n or_o person_n so_o offend_v as_o be_v aforesaid_a their_o counsaylour_n procurour_n aydour_n and_o abettor_n in_o that_o behalf_n shall_v be_v deem_v and_o judge_v to_o be_v offender_n in_o high_a treason_n and_o shall_v suffer_v after_o lawful_a conviction_n or_o atteynder_n thereof_o such_o pain_n of_o death_n loss_n and_o forfeiture_n of_o land_n good_n and_o cattelle_n as_o other_o offender_n shall_v do_v
