proclamation_n to_o all_o the_o world_n that_o they_o aspire_v to_o such_o a_o absolute_a monarchy_n as_o so_o many_o book_n story_n discourse_n and_o the_o general_a complaint_n of_o all_o prince_n and_o state_n have_v long_o charge_v they_o with_o and_o indeed_o as_o the_o true_a character_n of_o their_o religion_n be_v persecution_n and_o blood_n so_o the_o true_a mark_n of_o their_o empire_n be_v oppression_n and_o war_n yet_o can_v these_o threaten_n amuse_v or_o disturb_v the_o religious_a and_o peaceable_a resolution_n of_o our_o king_n prince_z and_z people_z they_o hate_v war_n they_o pray_v against_o it_o they_o love_v peace_n they_o prosper_v by_o it_o and_o therefore_o endeavour_v by_o all_o mean_n to_o preserve_v it_o but_o if_o they_o be_v assail_v they_o can_v but_o remember_v how_o god_n mighty_a hand_n by_o a_o late_a queen_n of_o peace_n bring_v down_o her_o enemy_n greatness_n and_o pride_n to_o acknowledge_v the_o sovereignty_n of_o a_o despise_a people_n which_o ever_o since_o have_v resist_v and_o balance_v their_o power_n and_o therefore_o they_o can_v but_o hope_n that_o the_o same_o arm_n by_o a_o king_n of_o peace_n shall_v in_o the_o end_n prevail_v with_o they_o to_o entertain_v a_o safe_a peace_n upon_o more_o equal_a term_n and_o then_o all_o man_n shall_v have_v cause_n to_o applaud_v that_o wisdom_n and_o resolution_n which_o these_o man_n be_v trouble_v with_o and_o therefore_o speak_v against_o the_o next_o extremity_n they_o complain_v of_o be_v the_o call_n of_o a_o parliament_n by_o my_o procurement_n and_o to_o my_o end_n wherein_o the_o honour_n they_o do_v i_o be_v more_o than_o i_o be_o capable_a of_o and_o for_o the_o jealousy_n they_o will_v raise_v of_o make_v myself_o head_n of_o that_o council_n or_o the_o puritan_n faction_n my_o master_n will_v laugh_v at_o it_o and_o thereby_o know_v they_o want_v probable_a matter_n to_o object_n against_o my_o faith_n which_o when_o they_o question_v
