what_o he_o order_v to_o we_o so_o if_o god_n send_v strong_a delusion_n be_v not_o that_o a_o judgement_n must_v we_o be_v content_a and_o satisfy_v with_o they_o and_o not_o discover_v and_o resist_v they_o for_o fear_n of_o be_v impatient_a under_o his_o judgement_n even_o so_o may_v we_o an_o ought_v we_o to_o be_v diligent_a against_o these_o by_o word_n and_o writing_n to_o oppose_v and_o discover_v their_o filthy_a dream_n and_o deceit_n and_o yet_o we_o may_v be_v patient_a under_o his_o hand_n and_o have_v no_o grudge_n in_o our_o spirit_n against_o he_o as_o the_o prophet_n micah_n who_o be_v exercise_v in_o his_o day_n with_o some_o such_o evil_a generation_n mic._n 7._o 8_o 9_o he_o resolve_v to_o bear_v the_o indignation_n of_o the_o lord_n because_o he_o have_v sin_v against_o he_o he_o own_a himself_o a_o sinner_n though_o the_o hypocrite_n his_o enemy_n rejoice_v against_o he_o till_o god_n shall_v plead_v his_o cause_n etc._n etc._n and_o yet_o he_o cease_v not_o to_o reprove_v and_o endeavour_v to_o keep_v people_n from_o be_v harm_v by_o such_o enemy_n they_o threaten_v they_o will_v be_v a_o heavy_a judgement_n and_o a_o burdensome_a stone_n etc._n etc._n reply_n we_o bless_v god_n we_o see_v in_o some_o measure_n what_o they_o be_v and_o we_o be_v above_o their_o reach_n and_o the_o more_o they_o strive_v against_o the_o truth_n of_o christ_n with_o we_o we_o be_v sure_o the_o more_o to_o discover_v and_o lay_v open_a their_o wickedness_n we_o shall_v be_v able_a through_o the_o strength_n of_o christ_n to_o scatter_v their_o mist_n and_o fog_n and_o their_o weapon_n of_o deceit_n shall_v have_v no_o force_n upon_o we_o the_o more_o we_o strive_v with_o you_o you_o quaker_n the_o more_o through_o god_n help_n we_o overcome_v you_o and_o get_v above_o you_o so_o as_o to_o be_v strengthen_v in_o our_o spirit_n against_o you_o and_o your_o swell_a word_n of_o vanity_n that_o you_o think_v to_o fray_v the_o simple_a with_o and_o where_o as_o they_o bid_v we_o learn_v to_o prize_n christ_n the_o salvation_n of_o god_n and_o truth_n and_o believe_v therein_o and_o fight_v no_o long_o against_o the_o lord_n and_o his_o truth_n and_o his_o servant_n lest_o he_o shorten_v our_o day_n etc._n etc._n reply_n we_o hope_v we_o prize_v christ_n so_o as_o we_o think_v all_o our_o service_n for_o he_o against_o they_o and_o for_o his_o truth_n against_o their_o destructive_a deceit_n too_o little_a to_o be_v perform_v to_o he_o and_o that_o our_o great_a diligence_n to_o know_v and_o serve_v he_o be_v so_o far_o below_o his_o excellency_n as_o that_o we_o judge_v ourselves_o guilty_a of_o neglect_v he_o in_o serve_v he_o no_o more_o and_o our_o great_a service_n for_o his_o truth_n and_o servant_n too_o much_o abusive_a of_o they_o as_o job_n confess_v though_o he_o speak_v many_o excellent_a thing_n of_o god_n that_o he_o but_o darken_a counsel_n by_o word_n without_o knowledge_n but_o far_o be_v it_o from_o we_o to_o fight_v against_o the_o lord_n or_o his_o truth_n or_o servant_n it_o be_v against_o their_o error_n and_o in_o they_o that_o serve_v another_o master_n then_o the_o lord_n as_o through_o god_n strength_n we_o have_v make_v they_o manifest_a that_o we_o fight_v and_o we_o say_v they_o that_o have_v their_o life_n in_o heaven_n and_o their_o hope_n steadfast_a for_o the_o resurrection_n of_o their_o body_n and_o the_o glory_n of_o christ_n kingdom_n fear_v not_o either_o that_o god_n will_v shorten_v their_o day_n for_o their_o service_n against_o his_o adversary_n nor_o what_o death_n can_v do_v to_o they_o if_o it_o shorten_v their_o day_n in_o the_o flesh_n and_o we_o bless_v god_n that_o we_o have_v thrive_v the_o better_a both_o in_o soul_n and_o body_n since_o we_o contend_v against_o they_o and_o their_o error_n w._n and_o f._n they_o say_v the_o lord_n have_v search_v and_o try_v our_o heart_n and_o find_v we_o guilty_a of_o much_o ungodliness_n and_o his_o light_n have_v often_o make_v we_o sensible_a of_o it_o etc._n etc._n and_o we_o have_v long_o slight_v his_o call_n and_o harden_v our_o heart_n against_o his_o reproof_n reply_n herein_o they_o set_v themselves_o above_o their_o place_n and_o make_v themselves_o knower_n of_o our_o heart_n of_o which_o they_o be_v ignorant_a it_o be_v better_o for_o they_o to_o judge_v themselves_o and_o repent_v of_o their_o own_o error_n and_o deceit_n while_o there_o may_v be_v space_n of_o repentance_n as_o for_o god_n search_v and_o reprove_v we_o we_o bless_v he_o for_o it_o and_o desire_v he_o yet_o in_o mercy_n and_o faithfulness_n to_o search_v we_o and_o see_v if_o there_o be_v any_o way_n of_o iniquity_n in_o we_o and_o purge_v it_o out_o and_o lead_v we_o in_o the_o way_n everlasting_a but_o shall_v we_o not_o search_v and_o try_v our_o heart_n if_o god_n have_v search_v they_o have_v not_o god_n often_o search_v the_o prophet_n jeremies_n heart_n and_o reprove_v he_o too_o yet_o he_o say_v let_v we_o search_v and_o try_v our_o way_n and_o turn_n unto_o the_o lord_n law_n 3._o 40._o but_o as_o for_o their_o self-exaltation_n and_o vilify_a and_o reproach_v we_o we_o shall_v leave_v they_o and_o bear_v their_o rabshekah-like_a language_n know_v that_o he_o that_o abase_v himself_o shall_v be_v exalt_v when_o he_o that_o lift_v up_o himself_o as_o they_o proud_o do_v shall_v they_o that_o perish_v be_v evident_a from_o what_o we_o have_v discover_v and_o therefore_o all_o those_o self-commendation_n of_o themselves_o be_v but_o so_o many_o deceitful_a word_n of_o vanity_n we_o know_v they_o tread_v much_o in_o the_o pharisee_n and_o false_a apostle_n step_n they_o compass_v sea_n and_o land_n as_o much_o to_o make_v proselyte_n and_o serve_v their_o master_n therein_o
