same_o be_v take_v and_o make_v in_o the_o respective_a court_n where_o such_o trial_n shall_v be_v by_o the_o prisoner_n or_o his_o council_n assign_v before_o any_o evidence_n give_v in_o open_a court_n upon_o such_o indictment_n nor_o shall_v any_o such_o mis-writing_n etc._n etc._n after_o conviction_n be_v any_o cause_n to_o stay_v judgement_n therefore_o they_o make_v this_o
