corporation_n officer_n of_o the_o exchequer_n may_v satisfy_v the_o execution_n of_o a_o judgement_n against_o the_o corporation_n if_o any_o person_n shall_v obtain_v a_o judgement_n in_o any_o nominate_v within_o 30_o day_n after_o the_o 29_o of_o sept_n 1694_o their_o executor_n or_o administrator_n or_o such_o as_o shall_v be_v employ_v by_o they_o to_o pay_v in_o the_o say_a sum_n such_o surety_n as_o beforementioned_a in_o this_o act._n iu._n durham_n certiorary_n in_o cheshire_n lancaster_n and_o durham_n and_o also_o upon_o every_o certiorari_fw-la grant_v within_o chester_n lancaster_n and_o durham_n to_o remove_v indictment_n as_o aforesaid_a the_o party_n indite_v prosecute_a such_o certiorari_fw-la shall_v find_v surety_n to_o try_v the_o say_a indictment_n at_o the_o
