the_o divine_a proceed_n together_o with_o the_o sharpness_n of_o the_o punishment_n as_o they_o have_v be_v ashamed_a of_o he_o so_o will_v he_o be_v of_o they_o he_o will_v reject_v and_o disow_v they_o in_o the_o most_o vile_a and_o contemptious_a manner_n he_o will_v be_v even_o ashamed_a to_o look_v upon_o they_o and_o will_v cast_v they_o from_o he_o with_o scorn_n and_o confusion_n now_o there_o be_v nothing_o that_o do_v general_o more_o affect_v human_a nature_n than_o to_o be_v treat_v with_o contempt_n to_o a_o good_a and_o generous_a spirit_n it_o be_v most_o cut_a and_o kind_n of_o secret_a pity_n and_o commiseration_n though_o suffer_v for_o very_o notorious_a crime_n and_o villainy_n but_o those_o man_n be_v prodigious_o guilty_a and_o miserable_a that_o fall_v with_o universal_a scorn_n and_o derision_n yet_o such_o and_o much_o worse_o be_v the_o punishment_n here_o threaten_v of_o they_o shall_v christ_n be_v ashamed_a however_o other_o may_v fare_v these_o shall_v suffer_v shameful_a and_o unpitied_a or_o one_o great_a punishment_n to_o be_v inflict_v on_o they_o be_v shame_n or_o contempt_n and_o you_o know_v among_o man_n that_o it_o be_v a_o great_a heighten_v and_o sometime_o indeed_o the_o utmost_a aggravation_n of_o a_o suffer_a to_o have_v the_o ingredient_n or_o circumstance_n of_o shame_n or_o scandal_n and_o what_o now_o shall_v we_o think_v of_o these_o at_o that_o great_a day_n when_o whatever_o be_v real_o shameful_a and_o scandalous_a shall_v be_v the_o lot_n and_o portion_n of_o such_o sinner_n for_o three_o all_o this_o shall_v be_v at_o the_o most_o solemn_a time_n and_o son_n of_o he_o shall_v the_o son_n of_o man_n be_v ashamed_a when_o he_o come_v in_o the_o glory_n of_o his_o father_n with_o the_o holy_a angel_n deaf_a to_o this_o inward_a guide_n and_o by_o their_o lust_n or_o fordo_v interest_n be_v prevail_v upon_o to_o contradict_v or_o stifle_v those_o internal_a sentiment_n yet_o no_o man_n can_v think_v they_o happy_a much_o less_o have_v any_o reason_n to_o envy_v they_o what_o they_o thus_o obtain_v for_o this_o candle_n of_o the_o lord_n as_o be_v solomon_n phrase_n for_o conscience_n will_v sometime_o or_o other_o glare_v in_o their_o face_n or_o burn_v they_o to_o the_o quick_a and_o torment_v they_o severe_o for_o be_v thus_o unjust_a base_a and_o treacherous_a to_o themselves_o and_o though_o we_o see_v it_o god_n know_v too_o often_o that_o man_n sacrifice_n peace_n of_o conscience_n to_o base_a and_o unworthy_a interest_n as_o if_o worse_o than_o the_o unjust_a judge_n they_o do_v not_o regard_n god_n or_o man_n nor_o themselves_o yet_o this_o perplexity_n and_o vexation_n which_o be_v inevitable_a hereupon_o will_v be_v a_o perpetual_a plague_n and_o like_o a_o troublesome_a ghost_n haunt_v and_o fret_v they_o wherever_o or_o however_o they_o be_v and_o a_o man_n be_v scarce_o capable_a of_o a_o great_a condemnation_n or_o punishment_n than_o thus_o to_o insecurity_n of_o such_o man_n or_o of_o such_o a_o condition_n as_o be_v here_o speak_v of_o by_o our_o saviour_n and_o this_o consideration_n add_v to_o the_o rest_n cut_v they_o clear_v off_o from_o all_o their_o hold_n such_o base_a hypocrisy_n and_o dissimulation_n will_v not_o last_v long_o and_o do_v but_o seldom_o answer_v such_o man_n design_n in_o it_o for_o as_o solomon_n say_v the_o lip_n of_o truth_n shall_v be_v establish_v for_o ever_o but_o a_o lie_a tongue_n be_v but_o for_o a_o moment_n base_a compliance_n and_o such_o unworthy_a practice_n in_o the_o cause_n of_o god_n and_o religion_n do_v frequent_o carry_v gild_n in_o their_o forehead_n and_o do_v soon_o or_o late_a prove_v ineffectual_a and_o dangerous_a to_o themselves_o and_o very_o often_o spoil_v or_o
