he_o desire_v more_o what_o he_o yet_o want_v than_o he_o delight_v in_o what_o he_o have_v already_o the_o heathen_a moralist_n speak_v truth_n to_o this_o purpose_n when_o he_o say_v the_o covetous_a man_n want_v as_o much_o what_o he_o have_v as_o what_o he_o have_v not_o as_o he_o possess_v not_o what_o he_o want_v so_o he_o have_v no_o heart_n to_o make_v use_n of_o what_o he_o possess_v honour_n do_v not_o satisfy_v the_o ambitious_a man_n what_o he_o have_v of_o it_o already_o be_v but_o a_o step_n to_o raise_v up_o his_o vain_a spirit_n to_o the_o desire_n of_o more_o and_o where_o be_v vehement_a desire_n of_o more_o preferment_n there_o can_v be_v satisfaction_n neither_o do_v sensual_a pleasure_n satisfy_v the_o incontinent_a or_o intemperate_a man_n his_o sinful_a desire_n be_v not_o satiate_v thereby_o the_o more_o he_o sin_v his_o corruption_n be_v the_o more_o set_v on_o fire_n of_o hell_n more_o sin_n be_v but_o more_o fuel_n to_o the_o fire_n of_o concupiscence_n therefore_o as_o isaiah_n exhort_v in_o the_o same_o place_n harken_v diligent_o unto_o the_o word_n of_o the_o lord_n and_o eat_v that_o which_o be_v good_a and_o let_v your_o soul_n delight_v itself_o in_o fatness_n obey_v that_o exhortation_n of_o the_o apostle_n col._n 3.2_o set_v your_o affection_n on_o thing_n above_o and_o not_o on_o thing_n on_o earth_n covet_v the_o best_a thing_n be_v thou_o true_o generous_a and_o heavenly-minded_n set_v thy_o heart_n on_o these_o durable_a riches_n on_o that_o immortal_a crown_n of_o glory_n and_o on_o these_o pleasure_n that_o fade_v not_o away_o those_o pleasure_n in_o the_o vision_n and_o fruition_n of_o god_n will_v satisfy_v thy_o soul_n for_o ever_o they_o will_v fill_v up_o the_o measure_n of_o all_o thy_o desire_n thou_o will_v have_v more_o set_v before_o thou_o in_o a_o infinite_a god_n than_o thy_o finite_a
