conduce_v most_o to_o their_o happiness_n hereafter_o and_o according_a to_o these_o different_a scheme_n we_o have_v in_o the_o word_n of_o the_o text_n two_o very_a different_a sort_n of_o counsel_n the_o thought_n of_o a_o judgement_n to_o come_v but_o suppose_v after_o all_o the_o terrible_a and_o frequent_a expression_n of_o scripture_n concern_v the_o day_n of_o judgement_n join_v with_o the_o reasonableness_n of_o the_o thing_n do_v make_v such_o impression_n on_o their_o mind_n that_o they_o can_v whole_o shake_v off_o the_o fear_n and_o apprehension_n of_o it_o than_o their_o last_o endeavour_n be_v to_o mitigate_v and_o lessen_v they_o from_o a_o general_n presumption_n of_o god_n merciful_a nature_n and_o therefore_o they_o be_v willing_a to_o suppose_v that_o however_o god_n to_o keep_v the_o world_n in_o awe_n have_v threaten_v they_o with_o the_o dreadful_a severity_n of_o the_o great_a day_n yet_o as_o a_o tender_a father_n who_o threaten_v his_o disobedient_a
