be_v neither_o hell_n nor_o heaven_n god_n nor_o devil_n and_o that_o all_o be_v but_o fable_n that_o we_o speak_v of_o this_o day_n and_o so_o they_o grow_v to_o a_o utter_a contempt_n of_o god_n and_o all_o godliness_n but_o as_o the_o lord_n live_v they_o shall_v find_v it_o true_a by_o experience_n which_o they_o will_v not_o here_o embrace_v by_o faith_n yea_o they_o shall_v confess_v themselves_o stark_a fool_n and_o the_o godly_a man_n to_o be_v wise_a in_o deed_n wisdom_n 5._o christ_n jesus_n shall_v be_v that_o great_a lord_n and_o scotfree_a master_n of_o the_o house_n which_o shall_v come_v to_o take_v a_o account_n of_o his_o servant_n talente_v give_v unto_o they_o to_o increase_v and_o use_v to_o his_o honour_n and_o glory_n and_o to_o the_o good_a and_o not_o in_o this_o life_n neither_o can_v we_o have_v it_o here_o but_o it_o be_v in_o the_o life_n to_o come_v lay_v up_o for_o we_o in_o christ_n here_o be_v confute_v all_o worldling_n which_o be_v raven_a wolf_n for_o this_o cause_n shall_v the_o judgement_n be_v according_a to_o work_n to_o stir_v man_n up_o here_o while_o they_o hear_v this_o to_o good_a work_n and_o to_o make_v manifest_a to_o all_o man_n that_o the_o godly_a have_v walk_v innocent_o and_o that_o the_o wicked_a have_v follow_v the_o lust_n of_o the_o flesh_n our_o faith_n can_v not_o be_v see_v and_o therefore_o christ_n shall_v speak_v according_a to_o the_o effect_n and_o consequent_a of_o it_o which_o be_v see_v and_o that_o be_v good_a work_v christ_n before_o show_v the_o cause_n
to_o rejoice_v because_o our_o redemption_n draw_v on_o for_o how_o shall_v we_o fear_v when_o christ_n will_v make_v we_o judge_n with_o he_o as_o he_o say_v you_o that_o have_v follow_v i_o in_o the_o regeneration_n shall_v sit_v upon_o twelve_o throne_n &_o judge_v the_o twelve_o tribe_n of_o israel_n and_o paul_n say_v do_v you_o not_o know_v that_o the_o saint_n shall_v judge_v the_o come_n so_o that_o we_o must_v not_o which_o be_v private_a man_n revenge_v our_o own_o quarrel_n and_o injury_n but_o commit_v they_o all_o to_o he_o without_o murmur_v and_o he_o will_v judge_v they_o just_o then_o this_o do_v teach_v we_o patience_n to_o wait_v for_o this_o come_n of_o christ_n to_o judge_v all_o thing_n orderly_o and_o this_o good_a counsel_n do_v saint_n james_n give_v in_o his_o time_n to_o the_o poor_a oppress_a labourer_n &_o husbandman_n which_o be_v defraud_v by_o the_o rich_a man_n &_o have_v their_o hire_n and_o wage_n keep_v back_o he_o do_v comfort_v they_o in_o this_o respect_n that_o christ_n will_v come_v to_o judge_v their_o cause_n say_v be_v patient_a brethren_n until_o the_o come_n of_o the_o lord_n and_o settle_v your_o heart_n for_o the_o come_n of_o our_o lord_n draw_v never_o yea_o and_o our_o saviour_n christ_n say_v luk._n 18._o that_o god_n will_v avenge_v his_o elect_a which_o cry_v day_n and_o night_n unto_o he_o and_o that_o short_o whereby_o we_o may_v gather_v also_o that_o the_o day_n of_o judgement_n be_v not_o far_o off_o as_o the_o wicked_a do_v suppose_v but_o draw_v on_o every_o day_n near_o than_o other_o let_v we_o cause_n so_o be_v it_o as_o doleful_a and_o grievous_a a_o thing_n to_o the_o wicked_a and_o cast_v aways_o to_o weigh_v with_o themselves_o that_o christ_n their_o enemy_n shall_v be_v their_o judge_n who_o they_o have_v always_o in_o their_o life_n time_n hate_v make_v a_o mock_n of_o and_o have_v in_o utter_a contempt_n both_o he_o his_o gospel_n and_o minister_n of_o his_o word_n and_o seven_o point_n to_o be_v observe_v in_o this_o matter_n first_o the_o judgement_n itself_o second_o the_o judge_n three_o the_o person_n that_o shall_v be_v judge_v four_o the_o manner_n of_o this_o judgement_n after_o what_o sort_n it_o shall_v be_v fift_o the_o time_n sixth_o the_o place_n and_o last_o of_o all_o the_o final_a cause_n or_o end_n of_o this_o judgement_n wherefore_o it_o be_v in_o soul_n incontinent_o as_o he_o depart_v this_o life_n but_o this_o be_v for_o the_o soul_n only_o in_o the_o general_a judgement_n both_o the_o body_n &_o soul_n shall_v be_v join_v together_o and_o so_o enter_v either_o into_o joy_n if_o they_o believe_v in_o christ_n or_o into_o pain_n if_o they_o believe_v not_o for_o until_o this_o day_n the_o man_n be_v but_o unperfit_a as_o have_v the_o soul_n only_o in_o bliss_n and_o not_o his_o body_n which_o shall_v in_o this_o judgement_n be_v raise_v up_o and_o put_v unto_o the_o soul_n to_o this_o end_n be_v the_o general_a judgement_n unto_o man_n but_o unto_o god_n in_o the_o first_o of_o genesis_n it_o be_v say_v that_o the_o spirit_n of_o the_o lord_n move_v upon_o the_o water_n this_o be_v the_o three_o person_n in_o trinity_n
