with_o a_o remarkable_a precedent_n in_o behalf_n of_o the_o bishop_n right_o which_o be_v of_o a_o judgement_n reverse_v make_v by_o the_o lord_n without_o the_o prelate_n viz._n the_o judgement_n against_o the_o two_o spencer_n 15_o e._n ii_o which_o judgement_n be_v say_v to_o be_v pass_v at_o oxford_n that_o year_n but_o in_o the_o parliament_n at_o york_n 32._o the_o same_o year_n it_o be_v null_v and_o make_v void_a before_o the_o king_n lord_n and_o commons_o and_o one_o of_o the_o reason_n give_v for_o it_o be_v because_o the_o lord_n spiritual_a who_o be_v peer_n assent_v not_o to_o it_o this_o precedent_n have_v be_v cite_v and_o allow_v by_o mr._n pryn_n in_o his_o plea_n for_o the_o lord_n 193._o and_o therefore_o it_o be_v to_o be_v wonder_v the_o author_n of_o the_o letter_n take_v no_o notice_n of_o it_o but_o the_o late_a author_n of_o the_o discourse_n about_o the_o bishop_n peerage_n and_o jurisdiction_n 20._o own_v the_o truth_n of_o the_o thing_n say_v that_o the_o seem_v to_o take_v off_o the_o force_n of_o this_o precedent_n the_o repeal_n of_o that_o act_n in_o the_o 21_o r._n ii_o restore_v it_o again_o and_o leave_v it_o in_o its_o full_a force_n especial_o if_o it_o be_v consider_v that_o the_o act_n of_o 1_o ed._n iii_o be_v not_o bare_o repeal_v but_o declare_v in_o parliament_n to_o be_v unlawful_a because_o ed._n ii_o be_v live_v 2._o and_o true_a king_n and_o imprison_v by_o his_o subject_n at_o the_o time_n of_o that_o very_a parliament_n of_o 1_o ed._n iii_o thus_o far_o this_o precedent_n be_v good_a but_o i_o will_v conceal_v nothing_o
