realm_n and_o how_o then_o come_v it_o to_o pass_v that_o the_o canon_n law_n be_v in_o this_o point_n repugnant_a to_o both_o these_o law_n shall_v notwithstanding_o be_v prefer_v bear_v sway_n and_o take_v place_n in_o this_o realm_n before_o and_o above_o both_o these_o law_n especial_o marriage_n certain_a special_a point_n to_o be_v provide_v about_o marriage_n the_o same_o in_o this_o point_n as_o be_v against_o the_o law_n of_o god_n be_v utter_o take_v away_o the_o abuse_v past_a and_o marriage_n past_a under_o colour_n and_o pretext_n of_o this_o law_n may_v and_o aught_o to_o be_v bewail_v and_o repent_v of_o yea_o and_o that_o no_o such_o marriage_n in_o time_n to_o come_v may_v be_v make_v i_o leave_v it_o to_o be_v consider_v whether_o it_o may_v not_o tend_v to_o the_o advancement_n of_o the_o law_n of_o god_n be_v honourable_a for_o the_o king_n and_o commodious_a for_o the_o common_a weal_n provident_o to_o provide_v these_o thing_n follow_v viz._n first_o that_o no_o matrimony_n secret_o contract_v against_o the_o will_n or_o unknow_v of_o or_o to_o the_o father_n or_o he_o or_o she_o that_o have_v the_o keep_n education_n or_o government_n of_o the_o party_n to_o be_v marry_v before_o he_o or_o she_o come_v to_o a_o certain_a age_n shall_v in_o any_o sort_n be_v good_a or_o available_a to_o make_v the_o posterity_n of_o those_o who_o shall_v be_v so_o marry_v legitimate_a or_o inheritable_a second_o that_o every_o contract_n of_o marriage_n conclude_v with_o consent_n of_o parent_n tutor_n governor_n or_o guardian_n shall_v be_v forcible_a and_o
