by_o famine_n and_o misery_n be_v not_o that_o so_o occasion_v by_o the_o rigour_n and_o illegalitie_n of_o this_o court_n a_o offence_n of_o the_o high_a nature_n of_o munther_n and_o perjury_n who_o gain_v any_o thing_n by_o this_o privilege_n but_o the_o court_n and_o their_o marshal_n in_o extort_a fee_n to_o the_o damage_n of_o both_o creditor_n and_o debtor_n and_o often_o the_o ruin_n of_o both_o or_o either_o why_o therefore_o do_v the_o l._n c._n call_v it_o a_o privilege_n to_o the_o party_n in_o custody_n when_o it_o appear_v to_o be_v no_o benefir_n but_o prejudice_n unto_o he_o
