in_o all_o cause_n testamentary_a matrimonial_a of_o tithe_n and_o in_o all_o other_o right_n ecclesiastical_a in_o that_o court_n only_o still_o demandable_a then_o shall_v it_o work_v a_o clean_a contrary_a effect_n to_o the_o very_a true_a drift_n and_o scope_n aim_v at_o and_o to_o the_o meaning_n itself_o of_o the_o lawmaker_n but_o this_o be_v very_o unreasonable_a and_o absurd_a to_o imagine_v for_o quae_fw-la in_o favorem_fw-la sunt_fw-la introducta_fw-la non_fw-la debent_fw-la in_o odium_fw-la retorqueri_fw-la and_o quae_fw-la ad_fw-la unum_fw-la effectnm_fw-la parantur_fw-la non_fw-la debent_fw-la contrarium_fw-la operari_fw-la effectum_fw-la it_o be_v true_a that_o in_o the_o begin_n of_o the_o body_n of_o that_o statute_n the_o word_n be_v general_a in_o this_o sort_n viz._n every_o writ_n of_o excommunicato_fw-la capiendo_fw-la that_o shall_v be_v grant_v out_o of_o the_o high_a court_n of_o chancery_n against_o any_o person_n or_o person_n etc._n etc._n whereupon_o some_o very_a learned_a in_o those_o law_n have_v think_v that_o the_o manner_n of_o grant_v it_o returning_z and_o deliver_v it_o which_o be_v there_o especify_v do_v reach_n unto_o all_o continue_v in_o their_o sinful_a and_o criminous_a life_n and_o of_o such_o offender_n and_o the_o beginning_n of_o the_o body_n of_o the_o statute_n be_v for_o redress_v thereof_o be_v it_o etc._n etc._n and_o afterward_o this_o word_n of_o limitation_n be_v often_o use_v viz._n such_o writ_n of_o excommunicato_fw-la capiendo_fw-la such_o person_n excommunicate_a and_o such_o significant_fw-la and_o therefore_o that_o statute_n nor_o any_o proviso_n in_o it_o can_v be_v intend_v general_o to_o take_v away_o the_o writ_n de_fw-fr excommunicato_fw-la capiendo_fw-la in_o all_o cause_n save_v they_o have_v use_v as_o have_v be_v accustom_v and_o as_o they_o or_o any_o of_o they_o have_v or_o ofright_v aught_o or_o may_v have_v have_v anything_o in_o that_o statute_n specify_v or_o contain_v to_o the_o contrary_a here_o of_o notwithstanding_o if_o then_o they_o may_v still_o signify_v in_o like_a manner_n and_o form_n shall_v have_v writ_n thereupon_o may_v absolve_v and_o
