five_o thousand_o eight_o hundred_o twenty_o and_o seven_o acre_n so_o set_v out_o by_o several_a decree_n of_o sewer_n by_o meet_v and_o bound_n therein_o particular_o mention_v and_o express_v whereunto_o his_o majesty_n royal_a assent_n be_v have_v and_o by_o privy_a seal_n certify_v into_o his_o majesty_n high_a court_n of_o chancery_n and_o there_o enrol_v and_o remain_v of_o record_n according_a to_o the_o several_a division_n and_o allotment_n since_o several_o and_o respective_o make_v between_o the_o say_a sir_n john_n monson_n and_o his_o participant_n and_o adventurer_n their_o and_o every_o of_o their_o heir_n and_o assign_n free_v and_o discharge_v of_o and_o from_o all_o title_n and_o interest_n of_o the_o former_a owner_n and_o commoner_n whatsoever_o provide_v together_o except_o such_o lake_n drain_v sewer_n and_o portion_n of_o the_o say_a part_n as_o be_v except_v upon_o the_o contract_n not_o exceed_v two_o hundred_o acre_n so_o that_o the_o same_o shall_v be_v find_v and_o adjudge_v defective_a in_o default_n of_o the_o say_a sir_n john_n monson_n his_o participant_n and_o adventurer_n their_o heir_n or_o assign_n by_o six_o of_o the_o say_a commissioner_n for_o the_o time_n be_v whereof_o three_z to_o be_v of_o the_o quorum_fw-la and_o that_o the_o say_a view_n and_o judgement_n be_v certify_v upon_o record_n into_o the_o high_a court_n of_o chancery_n than_o it_o shall_v and_o may_v be_v lawful_a to_o and_o for_o the_o lord_n proprietor_n and_o owner_n and_o commoner_n of_o and_o in_o the_o say_a fen_n and_o ground_n and_o their_o heir_n and_o assign_n and_o for_o every_o or_o any_o of_o they_o to_o enter_v into_o two_o thousand_o acre_n of_o the_o say_v five_o thousand_o eight_o hundred_o twenty_o and_o seven_o acre_n to_o be_v set_v out_o and_o portion_v by_o the_o say_a commissioner_n so_o that_o the_o say_v commissioner_n do_v set_v forth_o and_o allot_v a_o rateable_a proportion_n of_o the_o say_v two_o thousand_o acre_n out_o of_o every_o of_o the_o say_a lordship_n and_o to_o have_v hold_v and_o enjoy_v the_o same_o and_o their_o several_a commons_o therein_o in_o as_o large_a and_o ample_a manner_n as_o they_o do_v and_o shall_v in_o the_o other_o part_v leave_v to_o they_o until_o the_o say_a part_n allot_v and_o leave_v to_o the_o say_a lord_n owner_n and_o commoner_n be_v by_o the_o say_a sir_n john_n monson_n his_o participant_n and_o adventurer_n their_o heir_n and_o assign_v or_o some_o of_o they_o sufficient_o drayn_v and_o again_o recover_v at_o his_o and_o their_o own_o proper_a cost_n and_o charge_n as_o be_v aforesaid_a and_o that_o after_o that_o same_o shall_v be_v sufficient_o recover_v and_o drain_v the_o say_a sir_n john_n monson_n his_o participant_n and_o adventurer_n their_o heir_n and_o assign_v shall_v have_v and_o enjoy_v the_o say_v two_o thousand_o acre_n as_o aforesaid_a and_o so_o in_o like_a manner_n from_o time_n to_o time_n to_o gain_v and_o lose_v their_o say_a pasture_n and_o common_a in_o the_o say_v two_o thousand_o acre_n upon_o such_o and_o the_o like_a certificate_n and_o recovery_n have_v and_o make_v as_o be_v aforesaid_a for_o ever_o provide_v also_o that_o if_o the_o lord_n or_o owner_n of_o the_o land_n and_o ground_n within_o any_o the_o limit_n or_o bound_n aforesaid_a allot_v to_o the_o say_a sir_n john_n monson_n shall_v desire_v their_o land_n again_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v that_o if_o they_o pay_v to_o the_o say_a sir_n john_n monson_n or_o his_o assign_n the_o principal_a money_n by_o he_o disburse_v in_o
