p._n 8._o he_o shall_v pay_v a_o fine_a to_o the_o king_n and_o the_o court_n will_v award_v process_n against_o he_o for_o the_o same_o fine_a and_o though_o the_o defendant_n be_v after_o acquit_v at_o the_o king_n suit_n by_o which_o mean_n he_o shall_v recover_v damage_n against_o the_o appellant_n yet_o the_o appellant_n shall_v not_o pay_v a_o new_a fine_a to_o the_o king_n for_o that_o he_o have_v pay_v it_o before_o and_o if_o the_o defendant_n be_v find_v guilty_a when_o he_o be_v try_v at_o the_o king_n suit_n the_o appellant_n have_v no_o remedy_n to_o recover_v the_o fine_a which_o he_o have_v pay_v before_o for_o by_o the_o common_a law_n the_o plaintiff_n in_o a_o appeal_n shall_v have_v pay_v a_o fine_a for_o his_o nonsute_n which_o be_v the_o cause_n that_o a_o fine_n shall_v be_v pay_v by_o the_o appellant_n present_o upon_o his_o nonsute_n 12_o st._n 13._o e._n 1._o 12_o 11_o and_o for_o that_o the_o word_n of_o the_o say_a statute_n of_o west_n 2._o be_v abettor_n in_o what_o case_n inquiry_n shall_v be_v of_o the_o abettor_n if_o the_o appellant_n be_v not_o able_a to_o recompense_v the_o damage_n inquiry_n shall_v be_v make_v by_o who_o abetment_n the_o appeal_n be_v commence_v by_o those_o word_n it_o be_v to_o be_v gather_v that_o if_o damage_n be_v not_o to_o be_v recover_v against_o the_o appellant_n there_o shall_v never_o any_o inquiry_n be_v make_v of_o the_o abettor_n as_o in_o the_o case_n aforesaid_a and_o where_o the_o word_n of_o the_o statute_n be_v if_o the_o appellant_n be_v not_o able_a to_o recompense_v the_o damage_n it_o be_v intend_v all_o the_o damage_n for_o if_o the_o appellant_n be_v sufficient_a to_o render_v part_n of_o the_o damage_n 3._o 8._o h._n 5._o 6._o 8._o ed._n 4._o 3._o but_o not_o the_o whole_a inquiry_n shall_v be_v make_v of_o the_o abettor_n and_o they_o shall_v pay_v the_o residue_n 12_o st._n 13._o e._n 1._o 12_o 12_o the_o foresay_a statute_n do_v ordain_v that_o inquiry_n shall_v be_v make_v of_o the_o abettor_n if_o the_o appellée_n do_v desire_v it_o so_o that_o the_o court_n of_o office_n ought_v not_o to_o inquire_v thereof_o but_o at_o the_o appellee_n request_n and_o if_o a_o appeal_n be_v bring_v against_o two_o and_o one_o of_o they_o be_v acquit_v by_o verdict_n if_o the_o court_n do_v inquire_v of_o the_o abettor_n at_o the_o request_n of_o the_o same_o defendant_n and_o the_o enquest_n do_v find_v that_o there_o be_v no_o abettor_n and_o after_o the_o other_o defendant_n be_v arraign_v and_o also_o acquit_v and_o if_o he_o do_v request_n also_o that_o inquiry_n may_v be_v make_v of_o the_o abettor_n the_o verdict_n of_o the_o former_a enquest_n whereunto_o he_o be_v not_o privy_a neither_o against_o which_o he_o shall_v have_v any_o remedy_n be_v but_o a_o enquest_n of_o office_n shall_v not_o bind_v he_o but_o according_a to_o the_o word_n of_o the_o say_a statute_n inquiry_n shall_v be_v make_v again_o at_o his_o request_n of_o the_o abettor_n for_o they_o do_v find_v abettor_n the_o abettor_n when_o they_o do_v appear_v may_v traverse_v all_o that_o the_o enquest_n have_v find_v as_o if_o they_o have_v find_v that_o the_o appellant_n be_v not_o sufficient_a plead_v what_o plea_n the_o abettor_n may_v plead_v or_o that_o such_o a_o man_n or_o such_o a_o one_o be_v abettor_n 3._o 8._o ed._n 4._o 3._o because_o they_o that_o be_v suppose_v abettor_n may_v say_v by_o protestation_n not_o confess_v the_o felony_n for_o their_o plea_n that_o the_o appellant_n be_v sufficient_a or_o that_o they_o be_v no_o abettor_n for_o
