own_o righteousness_n then_o in_o the_o free_a impute_a righteousness_n of_o christ_n or_o last_o in_o their_o ignorance_n and_o erroneous_a judgement_n of_o a_o christian_n state_n here_o in_o the_o church_n that_o be_v militant_a and_o those_o many_o combat_n we_o must_v undergo_v before_o we_o pass_v from_o all_o our_o enemy_n or_o get_v within_o the_o gate_n of_o paradise_n for_o any_o one_o of_o these_o may_v bring_v a_o christian_a from_o the_o rock_n of_o steadfastness_n to_o a_o world_n of_o doubt_n and_o fear_n though_o in_o the_o end_n i_o say_v these_o fear_n and_o scruple_n may_v procure_v this_o good_a unto_o the_o soul_n to_o see_v itself_o and_o find_v the_o cause_n of_o this_o distress_n yet_o be_v this_o sickness_n dangerous_a and_o the_o cure_n be_v difficult_a and_o therefore_o here_o the_o weak_a and_o tender_a conscience_n have_v need_v to_o pray_v and_o seek_v a_o wise_a a_o holy_a and_o a_o good_a physician_n who_o like_o christ_n may_v pour_v in_o wine_n and_o oil_n the_o law_n and_o gospel_n temper_v together_o with_o piety_n and_o discretion_n 10.34_o luc._n 10.34_o and_o apply_v with_o a_o soft_a and_o gentle_a hand_n until_o the_o conscience_n indifferent_a but_o too_o careless_a otherwise_o let_v the_o great_a matter_n of_o the_o law_n alone_o as_o our_o saviour_n sometime_o tell_v the_o pharise_n in_o this_o respect_n their_o predecessor_n 23.23_o mat._n 23.23_o then_o though_o their_o desire_n be_v good_a to_o do_v nothing_o contrary_a or_o against_o their_o conscience_n yet_o be_v it_o far_o better_a to_o seek_v and_o labour_v that_o their_o conscience_n may_v be_v right_o
