one_o priest_n and_o one_o judge_n be_v not_o acknowledge_v in_o the_o place_n of_o christ_n in_o the_o church_n for_o the_o tyme._n where_o also_o have_v say_v as_o before_o that_o the_o church_n be_v build_v upon_o peter_n at_o length_n speak_v of_o the_o former_a heretic_n that_o presume_v to_o go_v and_o complain_v of_o he_o to_o pope_n cornelius_n he_o say_v that_o they_o be_v so_o audacious_a as_o to_o sail_v unto_o the_o chair_n of_o peter_n and_o to_o the_o principal_a church_n from_o whence_o the_o unity_n of_o priesthood_n do_v proceed_v not_o consider_v that_o they_o be_v roman_n who_o faith_n be_v praise_v by_o the_o mouth_n of_o the_o apostle_n and_o unto_o who_o perfidiousnes_n or_o error_n in_o faith_n can_v have_v no_o access_n the_o like_a word_n again_o he_o write_v in_o his_o treatise_n of_o the_o unity_n of_o the_o church_n where_o he_o say_v that_o man_n be_v transport_v by_o the_o devil_n into_o heresy_n and_o schism_n out_o of_o the_o church_n of_o god_n because_o they_o do_v not_o return_v to_o the_o origin_n of_o truth_n nor_o seek_v the_o head_n nor_o follow_v the_o doctrine_n of_o their_o heavenly_a master_n which_o if_o they_o consider_v there_o be_v no_o need_n of_o any_o long_a treatise_n or_o argument_n but_o that_o the_o trial_n of_o faith_n will_v be_v very_o easy_a and_o then_o show_v what_o be_v this_o heavenly_a doctrine_n and_o what_o the_o head_n and_o origin_n of_o truth_n which_o be_v teach_v unto_o we_o he_o add_v immediate_o our_o lord_n say_v unto_o peter_n i_o say_v unto_o thou_o thou_o be_v peter_n and_o upon_o this_o rock_n etc._n etc._n and_o unto_o the_o same_o man_n after_o his_o resurrection_n he_o say_v feed_v my_o sheep_n and_o so_o conclude_v that_o our_o saviour_n build_v his_o church_n upon_o he_o forsake_v the_o chair_n of_o peter_n do_v he_o confide_v that_o he_o be_v in_o the_o church_n and_o to_o the_o same_o purpose_n else_o where_o he_o say_v universam_fw-la epist_n 8._o add_v pleven_a that_o our_o fugitive_a bishop_n with_o proud_a presumption_n contemn_v that_o one_o bishop_n who_o have_v the_o chief_a place_n in_o the_o government_n of_o god_n church_n and_o likewise_o that_o he_o contemn_v the_o successor_n of_o he_o upon_o who_o the_o church_n be_v build_v and_o who_o be_v in_o the_o church_n and_o the_o church_n in_o he_o because_o the_o chuych_n be_v nothing_o else_o but_o the_o people_n unite_v to_o the_o priest_n and_o the_o flock_n adhere_v to_o the_o pastor_n and_o again_o because_o it_o be_v evident_a that_o he_o disobey_v the_o priest_n of_o god_n and_o do_v not_o acknowledge_v one_o priest_n and_o one_o judge_n for_o the_o time_n in_o the_o place_n of_o christ_n and_o forsake_v the_o chair_n of_o peter_n and_o the_o principal_a church_n from_o whence_o the_o unity_n of_o priesthood_n proceed_v and_o whereunto_o no_o falsehood_n in_o faith_n can_v have_v access_n that_o he_o observe_v not_o the_o dostrine_n of_o our_o heavenly_a master_n neither_o return_v to_o the_o origin_n of_o truth_n nor_o seek_v the_o head_n which_o be_v s._n peter_n upon_o who_o alone_o our_o saviour_n build_v his_o church_n and_o commit_v the_o feed_n of_o his_o sheep_n unto_o he_o which_o course_n according_a to_o s._n cyprian_n be_v the_o only_a cause_n and_o occasion_n and_o only_a mean_n whereby_o the_o devil_n transport_v man_n out_o of_o the_o church_n into_o schism_n and_o heresy_n it_o can_v be_v deny_v but_o that_o your_o bishop_n forsake_v the_o successor_n of_o s._n peter_n &_o the_o chair_n of_o peter_n who_o hold_v the_o place_n of_o christ_n in_o the_o church_n forsake_v the_o church_n and_o in_o vain_a believe_v to_o be_v therein_o and_o gather_v not_o with_o christ_n but_o scatter_v with_o antichrist_n and_o thus_o much_o concern_v the_o objection_n which_o he_o please_v to_o frame_v against_o himself_o section_n xxxv_o the_o conclusion_n of_o the_o bishop_n book_n together_o with_o a_o short_a conclusion_n of_o this_o whole_a
