deliberate_a with_o the_o lord_n and_o command_v the_o justice_n and_o other_o sage_n of_o the_o law_n to_o give_v their_o best_a counsel_n to_o the_o lord_n how_o to_o proceed_v right_o in_o this_o matter_n of_o appeal_n who_o after_o consultation_n therein_o have_v answer_v the_o lord_n that_o they_o have_v see_v and_o consider_v the_o tenor_n of_o this_o appeal_n which_o they_o say_v be_v in_o no_o point_n make_v and_o declare_v according_a to_o the_o order_n of_o the_o common_a or_o civil_a law_n but_o they_o give_v no_o answer_n touch_v the_o demand_n of_o judgement_n for_o default_n of_o appearance_n whereupon_o the_o lord_n deliberate_v and_o after_o by_o the_o lord_n assent_v declare_v that_o this_o cause_n commit_v by_o the_o peer_n against_o the_o person_n of_o the_o king_n and_o state_n of_o the_o realm_n shall_v be_v determine_v in_o the_o parliament_n only_o and_o by_o no_o other_o law_n than_o by_o the_o law_n and_o course_n of_o the_o parliament_n and_o that_o it_o belong_v to_o the_o lord_n only_o to_o judge_v in_o such_o case_n and_o with_o the_o assent_n of_o the_o king_n they_o do_v judge_v the_o same_o appeal_n and_o the_o process_n thereupon_o depend_v to_o be_v good_a according_a to_o the_o law_n and_o course_n of_o parliament_n then_o the_o lord_n appellant_n proceed_v and_o desire_v to_o have_v the_o fault_n of_o appearance_n record_v and_o judgement_n give_v and_o so_o it_o be_v so_o likewise_o 21_o r._n 2._o after_o the_o king_n have_v give_v the_o full_a power_n of_o parliament_n to_o determine_v all_o matter_n begin_v into_o the_o hand_n of_o twelve_o lord_n or_o six_o and_o six_o commoner_n or_o any_o three_o he_o adjourn_v the_o parliament_n from_o westminster_n to_o shrewsbury_n in_o 15_o hil._n and_o there_o on_o march_n 22._o it_o be_v show_v to_o the_o king_n how_o that_o robert_n possington_n be_v impeach_v at_o the_o parliament_n at_o westminster_n for_o be_v with_o the_o duke_n of_o gloucester_n in_o levy_n at_o herring_n an._n 11_o r._n 2._o for_o which_o the_o say_a duke_n be_v adjudge_v as_o traitor_n and_o therefore_o they_o bring_v the_o king_n to_o ordain_v the_o like_a judgement_n against_o robert_n possington_n though_o he_o be_v dead_a whereupon_o our_o lord_n the_o king_n estate_n by_o the_o assent_n of_o the_o lord_n and_o knight_n of_o county_n have_v power_n etc._n etc._n award_v the_o say_a robert_n guilty_a etc._n etc._n and_o that_o he_o shall_v forfeit_v etc._n etc._n but_o these_o extraordinary_a precedent_n can_v lead_v we_o into_o the_o ordinary_a course_n of_o proceed_n and_o i_o allege_v they_o only_o so_o as_o their_o error_n may_v be_v avoid_v §_o to_o conclude_v answer_n it_o be_v the_o just_a and_o constant_a course_n of_o parliament_n to_o bring_v the_o party_n accuse_v to_o his_o answer_n yea_o though_o he_o fly_v justice_n yet_o to_o send_v out_o proclamation_n into_o the_o country_n that_o he_o appear_v at_o a_o day_n or_o else_o such_o and_o such_o judgement_n shall_v be_v give_v against_o he_o i_o confess_v this_o course_n be_v omit_v in_o the_o judgement_n against_o mompesson_n 18_o jac._n and_o haply_o it_o be_v not_o then_o think_v upon_o the_o judicature_n of_o parliament_n be_v so_o long_o out_o of_o use_n and_o therefore_o that_o can_v be_v allege_v as_o a_o lead_a precedent_n and_o in_o
