have_v as_o much_o need_n of_o this_o virtue_n as_o the_o father_n the_o one_o be_v a_o king_n and_o the_o other_o to_o be_v one_o they_o both_o need_v this_o great_a comprise_v kingly_a virtue_n without_o which_o there_o can_v be_v no_o religious_a peaceable_a government_n over_o a_o people_n so_o justice_n and_o judgement_n in_o this_o place_n as_o usual_o when_o they_o attend_v the_o king_n contain_v the_o virtue_n itself_o and_o the_o power_n that_o bring_v this_o virtue_n to_o act_v the_o execution_n be_v as_o justice_n and_o the_o power_n to_o give_v sentence_n moderation_n and_o equity_n to_o smooth_a over_o the_o rigour_n of_o justice_n and_o all_o other_o virtue_n as_o far_o as_o they_o serve_v to_o strengthen_v or_o direct_v and_o keep_v even_o the_o hand_n of_o justice_n prudence_n especial_o then_o it_o be_v a_o wondrous_a necessary_a prayer_n here_o for_o if_o justice_n shall_v not_o be_v in_o the_o king_n will_v which_o god_n forbid_v it_o must_v needs_o grow_v apt_a to_o turn_v to_o sourness_n and_o if_o judgement_n and_o execution_n follow_v not_o upon_o the_o sentence_n of_o justice_n the_o king_n hand_n must_v needs_o shake_v into_o remissness_n and_o one_o of_o these_o sourness_n will_v make_v judgement_n itself_o or_o the_o pretext_n of_o it_o a_o scourge_n â—or_fw-la the_o people_n and_o the_o other_o remissness_n will_v make_v the_o people_n a_o worse_a scourge_n to_o themselves_o for_o want_v of_o discipline_n to_o keep_v they_o in_o order_n for_o of_o all_o scourge_n there_o be_v none_o answerable_a to_o the_o unruliness_n of_o the_o people_n now_o this_o virtue_n as_o large_a as_o it_o be_v when_o it_o fâ—ls_v the_o heart_n of_o the_o king_n it_o be_v call_v another_o heart_n it_o put_v on_o other_o dimension_n for_o it_o furnish_v the_o king_n breast_n with_o all_o rectitude_n and_o prudence_n and_o rectitude_n be_v the_o be_v and_o prudence_n the_o moderation_n and_o guide_v of_o all_o justice_n for_o so_o without_o respect_n of_o person_n it_o belong_v to_o the_o wise_a and_o prudent_a prov._n 25._o nay_o further_o though_o this_o virtue_n be_v so_o large_a yet_o the_o heart_n of_o the_o king_n be_v so_o capacious_a that_o justice_n and_o judgement_n can_v fill_v it_o if_o it_o stand_v siâ—gle_a therefore_o david_n pray_v not_o for_o judgement_n single_a but_o in_o the_o plural_a number_n give_v thy_o judgement_n and_o there_o be_v great_a reason_n that_o he_o shall_v pray_v so_o for_o justice_n continue_v one_o and_o the_o same_o virtue_n give_v many_o time_n different_a judgement_n and_o it_o must_v needs_o be_v so_o and_o the_o king_n must_v needs_o be_v a_o instrument_n in_o they_o all_o and_o in_o the_o various_a occasion_n that_o himself_o and_o his_o people_n have_v use_v of_o this_o david_n find_v in_o his_o own_o heart_n therefore_o he_o pray_v for_o all_o and_o this_o pray_v we_o always_o for_o the_o king_n for_o all_o judgement_n for_o the_o king_n so_o give_v lord_n and_o here_o it_o be_v fit_a for_o you_o a_o little_a to_o take_v a_o view_n of_o your_o own_o happiness_n and_o to_o bless_v god_n for_o it_o for_o you_o live_v under_o a_o king_n that_o keep_v his_o law_n his_o judgement_n and_o justice_n to_o his_o people_n a_o king_n so_o bless_v by_o god_n for_o your_o good_a that_o whether_o it_o be_v for_o his_o own_o prayer_n or_o you_o or_o both_o or_o neither_o but_o that_o god_n be_v please_v to_o show_v his_o mercy_n and_o glory_n upon_o he_o to_o you_o certain_a it_o be_v that_o god_n have_v give_v he_o a_o very_o large_a heat_n and_o fill_v it_o to_o they_o wait_v he_o will_v give_v and_o that_o no_o less_o than_o judgement_n his_o judgement_n to_o the_o king_n one_o circumstance_n behind_o yet_o be_v that_o the_o word_n be_v proper_o a_o prayer_n and_o if_o the_o king_n can_v receive_v justice_n and_o judgement_n he_o can_v distribute_v it_o to_o the_o people_n v._n 2._o and_o if_o judgement_n be_v not_o distribute_v to_o the_o people_n there_o will_v be_v no_o peace_n vers._n 3._o and_o where_o the_o people_n do_v not_o receive_v judgement_n from_o the_o king_n and_o peace_n from_o themselves_o what_o be_v they_o nothing_o but_o a_o heap_n of_o most_o infirm_a and_o miserable_a creature_n which_o you_o can_v never_o be_v as_o long_o as_o god_n give_v his_o judgement_n to_o the_o king_n and_o his_o righteousness_n to_o the_o
