13_o of_o richard_n the_o second_o as_o the_o same_o be_v both_o by_o poulton_n and_o sir_n edward_n coke_n render_v and_o translate_v without_o any_o relation_n to_o the_o petition_n but_o if_o this_o very_a statute_n be_v due_o consider_v it_o will_v plain_o appear_v that_o poulton_n have_v here_o thrust_v in_o a_o repetition_n of_o the_o former_a statute_n according_a to_o his_o own_o former_a render_v thereof_o 〈◊〉_d to_o make_v the_o same_o good_a which_o the_o original_a before_o insert_v in_o this_o very_a chapter_n be_v consult_v withal_o will_v not_o allow_v he_o for_o there_o be_v not_o one_o word_n of_o this_o repetition_n mention_v either_o in_o the_o petition_n or_o answer_n quod_fw-la vide_fw-la for_o the_o petition_n be_v that_o the_o statute_n make_v in_o the_o time_n of_o richard_n the_o second_o touch_v the_o jurisdiction_n of_o the_o admiralty_n comprehend_v the_o one_o as_o well_o as_o the_o other_o as_o well_o the_o latter_a which_o render_v the_o true_a construction_n of_o the_o former_a according_a unto_o the_o true_a meaning_n thereof_o take_v with_o relation_n to_o the_o petition_n as_o i_o can_v conceive_v but_o that_o it_o ought_v to_o full_a 27_o year_n after_o the_o last_o of_o they_o for_o the_o parliament_n wherein_o the_o last_o of_o they_o viz._n the_o statute_n 2._o h._n 4._o be_v make_v be_v begin_v and_o hold_v at_o westminster_n in_o the_o utas_fw-la of_o st._n hilary_n anno_fw-la domini_fw-la 1400_o and_o in_o hillary_n term_n 1427_o be_v 6._o h._n 6._o be_v this_o judgement_n give_v so_o that_o the_o large_a part_n of_o four_o in_o this_o computation_n be_v abate_v to_o bring_v this_o judgement_n within_o the_o compass_n of_o a_o contemporary_a exposition_n but_o indeed_o this_o judgement_n must_v be_v ground_v as_o well_o upon_o the_o two_o former_a as_o this_o latter_a and_o principal_o upon_o the_o first_o of_o they_o and_o then_o be_v this_o judgement_n 37_o year_n and_o more_o after_o the_o make_n of_o that_o statute_n the_o same_o be_v make_v in_o anno_fw-la 1389._o this_o statute_n therefore_o have_v not_o bear_v this_o construction_n or_o exposition_n from_o the_o time_n of_o the_o
