to_o the_o design_n and_o to_o each_o other_o it_o be_v a_o wonder_n that_o it_o have_v not_o be_v effect_v and_o that_o sudden_a destruction_n have_v not_o come_v upon_o we_o as_o pain_n upon_o a_o woman_n in_o travail_n but_o let_v we_o not_o content_v ourselves_o mere_o with_o admiration_n of_o his_o amaze_a providence_n over_o we_o which_o have_v prolong_v a_o while_n we_o know_v not_o for_o how_o long_a or_o short_a a_o time_n the_o season_n of_o grace_n unto_o we_o let_v we_o not_o presume_v to_o abuse_v this_o patience_n for_o so_o we_o be_v to_o esteem_v it_o not_o a_o perfect_a deliverance_n nor_o be_v so_o foolish_a as_o to_o imagine_v that_o it_o will_v last_v always_o but_o think_v with_o ourselves_o rather_o that_o the_o lord_n of_o the_o vineyard_n may_v it_o be_v possible_a have_v resolve_v after_o this_o year_n or_o in_o some_o short_a space_n after_o this_o new_a husbandry_n of_o he_o and_o such_o extraordinary_a pain_n and_o care_n to_o save_v we_o that_o we_o shall_v be_v cut_v down_o indeed_o if_o we_o will_v not_o bring_v forth_o fruit_n worthy_a of_o the_o gospel_n and_o therefore_o look_v upon_o this_o as_o the_o day_n wherein_o you_o may_v know_v and_o improve_v the_o thing_n belong_v to_o your_o peace_n be_v zealous_a as_o our_o lord_n exhort_v and_o repent_v be_v quick_a and_o speedy_a active_a and_o diligent_a in_o this_o weighty_a they_o presume_v god_n will_v still_o bear_v with_o they_o for_o they_o themselves_o have_v live_v and_o sin_v many_o year_n and_o have_v escape_v many_o danger_n and_o though_o they_o have_v be_v affright_v sometime_o with_o such_o sermon_n as_o this_o yet_o they_o be_v worse_o scare_v than_o hurt_n still_o all_o thing_n be_v as_o they_o be_v they_o be_v very_o well_o and_o prosperous_a they_o have_v all_o that_o their_o heart_n desire_v and_o therefore_o there_o heart_n grow_v hard_a and_o they_o suppose_v they_o be_v in_o no_o sudden_a danger_n in_o answer_n to_o this_o i_o shall_v say_v nothing_o but_o what_o be_v contain_v in_o the_o three_o consideration_n here_o in_o my_o text_n which_o be_v iii_o that_o all_o impenitent_a person_n as_o they_o oppose_v god_n so_o they_o have_v wicked_a society_n with_o those_o that_o by_o their_o riot_n and_o luxury_n profaneness_n and_o irreligion_n neglect_v of_o all_o thing_n but_o their_o sottish_a pleasure_n be_v bring_v the_o country_n wherein_o they_o live_v to_o utter_v ruin_n put_v as_o i_o may_v say_v a_o ancient_a kingdom_n and_o famous_a church_n into_o most_o lamentable_a confusion_n in_o the_o midst_n of_o which_o they_o be_v all_o like_a to_o perish_v it_o be_v a_o foolish_a thing_n for_o any_o of_o they_o to_o imagine_v they_o can_v avoid_v it_o because_o perhaps_o they_o sometime_o dread_v it_o and_o shiver_v at_o the_o thought_n of_o it_o because_o they_o cry_v to_o heaven_n when_o they_o see_v the_o danger_n to_o deliver_v they_o from_o it_o or_o at_o every_o step_n suppose_v fall_v down_o on_o their_o face_n and_o humble_v themselves_o beseech_v god_n to_o rescue_v they_o from_o this_o ruin_n nay_o put_v on_o sackcloth_n though_o alas_o who_o be_v there_o now_o that_o be_v so_o religious_a and_o roll_v themselves_o in_o dust_n and_o ash_n if_o when_o they_o get_v up_o again_o they_o still_o go_v on_o and_o will_v not_o forsake_v their_o evil_a way_n heaven_n itself_o can_v preserve_v they_o from_o destruction_n have_v appoint_v that_o fearful_a end_n for_o such_o obstinate_a refractory_a sinner_n who_o will_v not_o be_v save_v unless_o he_o make_v the_o fire_n not_o to_o burn_v their_o thought_n as_o how_o to_o do_v service_n to_o christ_n honour_n to_o his_o religion_n good_a to_o soul_n by_o promote_a sincere_a piety_n and_o if_o they_o have_v be_v negligent_a in_o this_o deep_o to_o humble_v themselves_o before_o god_n and_o study_v to_o be_v ensample_n to_o the_o flock_n of_o serious_a repentance_n but_o if_o they_o fail_v in_o this_o i_o be_o sure_a the_o people_n mischievous_a effect_n of_o which_o if_o nothing_o else_o one_o will_v think_v shall_v be_v sufficient_a to_o move_v they_o to_o repentance_n that_o be_v first_o to_o be_v hearty_o sorry_a for_o the_o breach_n they_o have_v make_v and_o reflect_v upon_o it_o as_o the_o original_n of_o all_o our_o misery_n and_o then_o beseech_v god_n most_o earnest_o to_o forgive_v it_o especial_o that_o open_a jest_n nay_o scoff_a which_o have_v be_v so_o rife_o among_o we_o at_o all_o spiritual_a authority_n which_o in_o the_o next_o place_n let_v every_o one_o of_o we_o serious_o acknowledge_v and_o
