assurance_n thing_n and_o thing_n in_o the_o law_n whatsoever_o for_o the_o further_o better_a and_o more_o perfect_a assurance_n surety_n and_o sure-making_a have_v hold_v and_o enjoy_v all_o and_o singular_a the_o premise_n before_o by_o these_o present_v give_v grant_v bargain_v and_o sell_v with_o their_o appurtenance_n unto_o the_o say_v w_o p_o his_o heir_n and_o assign_v for_o ever_o and_o to_o the_o only_a proper_a use_n and_o behoof_n of_o the_o say_v w_n p_o and_o of_o his_o heir_n and_o assign_v for_o ever_o be_v it_o by_o deed_n or_o deed_n nroll_v or_o not_o enroll_v enrolment_n of_o these_o present_n fine_a feoffment_n release_v or_o confirmation_n or_o by_o all_o any_o or_o as_o many_o of_o the_o way_n mean_n or_o devise_n aforesaid_a or_o otherways_o as_o by_o the_o say_v w_n p_o his_o heir_n or_o assign_n or_o any_o of_o they_o or_o by_o he_o their_o or_o any_o of_o their_o counsel_n learn_v in_o the_o law_n shall_v be_v reasonable_o devise_v advise_v and_o require_v provide_v always_o nevertheless_o and_o it_o be_v agree_v by_o and_o between_o the_o say_a party_n to_o these_o present_n that_o it_o shall_v and_o may_v be_v lawful_a to_o and_o for_o the_o say_v t_o p_o his_o heir_n and_o assign_v from_o henceforth_o quiet_o &_o peaceable_o to_o receive_v take_v have_v hold_v and_o enjoy_v to_o his_o and_o their_o own_o proper_a use_n and_o use_n all_o the_o rent_n issue_n profit_n and_o commodity_n whatsoever_o reserve_v or_o arise_v out_o of_o upon_o or_o concern_v the_o premise_n by_o these_o present_v bargain_v and_o sell_v until_o default_n be_v and_o sell_v be_v by_o the_o mutual_a consent_n of_o the_o say_v t_o p_o and_o w_n p_o before_o the_o first_o day_n of_o &c._n &c._n to_o be_v bring_v to_o the_o haberdasher_n hall_n in_o london_n there_o to_o be_v safe_o keep_v as_o in_o a_o indifferent_a place_n now_o it_o be_v thereupon_o full_o conclude_v and_o agree_v by_o and_o between_o the_o say_v t_o p_o and_z w_n p_o for_o themselves_o and_o their_o heir_n and_o each_o of_o the_o say_a party_n for_o himself_o and_o his_o several_a heir_n do_v hereby_o covenant_n promise_n grant_v and_o agree_v to_o and_o with_o the_o other_o of_o the_o say_a party_n and_o his_o heir_n that_o in_o case_n the_o say_v t_o p_o his_o heir_n or_o assign_n shall_v well_o and_o true_o pay_v or_o cause_n to_o be_v pay_v unto_o the_o say_v w_n p_o his_o &c_n &c_n the_o sum_n of_o etc._n etc._n in_o manner_n and_o form_n as_o be_v above_o express_v or_o mention_v that_o the_o say_v w_n p_o his_o heir_n or_o assign_v shall_v and_o will_v cause_v and_o procure_v all_o and_o every_o the_o deed_n evidence_n and_o writing_n to_o be_v redeliver_v unto_o the_o say_v t_o p_o his_o heir_n or_o assign_n whole_a safe_a uncancel_v and_o undefaced_a but_o if_o default_n shall_v happen_v to_o be_v make_v of_o or_o in_o the_o payment_n of_o the_o say_a sum_n of_o etc._n etc._n or_o of_o any_o part_n or_o parcel_n thereof_o contrary_a to_o the_o form_n aforesaid_a that_o then_o the_o say_v t_o p_o his_o heir_n or_o assign_n shall_v and_o will_v cause_v and_o procure_v all_o and_o every_o the_o deed_n charter_n writing_n escript_n evidence_n and_o muniment_n whatsoever_o in_o any_o wise_a concern_v the_o premise_n hereby_o bargain_v and_o sell_v or_o concern_v any_o part_n and_o parcel_n thereof_o to_o be_v deliver_v unto_o the_o say_v w_n p_o his_o heir_n or_o assign_n whole_a safe_a uncancel_v and_o undefaced_a without_o any_o manner_n of_o fraud_n or_o delay_n and_o final_o it_o be_v conclude_v and_o agree_v by_o and_o between_o the_o say_v w_n p_o and_o t_o p_o for_o themselves_o their_o heir_n and_o assign_n by_o these_o present_n that_o the_o say_v w_n p_o his_o executor_n and_o administrator_n shall_v and_o will_v at_o the_o cost_n and_o charge_n of_o the_o say_v t_o
