complaint_n of_o the_o judgement_n which_o shall_v be_v give_v his_o majesty_n will_v cause_v a_o review_n to_o be_v make_v of_o the_o say_a judgement_n in_o his_o council_n to_o examine_v whether_o the_o order_n and_o precaution_n contain_v in_o the_o present_a treaty_n have_v be_v follow_v and_o observe_v and_o to_o provide_v for_o the_o same_o according_a to_o right_n and_o equity_n which_o shall_v be_v do_v within_o the_o space_n of_o three_o month_n at_o the_o far_a consent_n the_o good_n reclaim_v not_o to_o be_v sell_v or_o unlade_v but_o by_o consent_n nevertheless_o neither_o before_o the_o first_o judgement_n nor_o after_o it_o during_o the_o time_n of_o the_o review_n the_o good_n and_o effect_n which_o be_v reclaim_v may_v not_o be_v sell_v or_o unlade_v unless_o it_o hold_v on_o the_o contrary_a where_o the_o sentence_n go_v against_o the_o claimer_n and_o that_o which_o be_v say_v in_o this_o present_a and_o in_o the_o precedent_a article_n for_o the_o cause_v of_o good_a and_o speedy_a justice_n to_o be_v do_v unto_o the_o subject_n of_o the_o unite_a province_n in_o the_o matter_n of_o prize_n take_v at_o sea_n by_o his_o majesty_n subject_n shall_v be_v understand_v and_o practise_v by_o the_o state_n general_n in_o regard_n of_o prize_n take_v by_o their_o subject_n from_o those_o of_o his_o majesty_n xviii_o but_o since_o the_o convenience_n and_o inconvenience_n of_o thing_n and_o agreement_n can_v be_v discover_v but_o in_o procedure_v of_o time_n and_o by_o observation_n draw_v from_o mutual_a experience_n treaty_n commissioner_n to_o be_v appoint_v for_o the_o supply_n of_o what_o shall_v be_v find_v want_v in_o this_o treaty_n it_o be_v therefore_o agree_v between_o the_o say_a king_n of_o great_a britain_n and_o the_o say_a lord_n the_o state_n of_o the_o unite_a netherlands_o that_o at_o any_o time_n hereafter_o when_o both_o party_n shall_v so_o think_v it_o fit_v certain_a commissioner_n by_o each_o party_n respective_o choose_v shall_v meet_v by_o the_o common_a consent_n of_o both_o who_o shall_v make_v it_o their_o care_n and_o business_n to_o supply_v what_o ever_o shall_v be_v find_v want_v in_o the_o aforementioned_a article_n to_o change_v or_o limit_v what_o ever_o shall_v not_o be_v convenient_a and_o commodious_a for_o both_o and_o full_o complete_a a_o further_a treaty_n both_o concern_v these_o thing_n and_o all_o other_o the_o law_n of_o navigation_n xix_o all_o these_o agreement_n week_n ratification_n within_o four_o week_n and_o all_o and_o every_o thing_n therein_o contain_v shall_v be_v confirm_v and_o ratify_v by_o the_o say_a king_n of_o great_a britain_n and_o the_o state_n general_n of_o the_o unite_a province_n by_o letter_n patent_n of_o both_o party_n seal_v with_o their_o great_a seal_n in_o due_a and_o authentic_a form_n within_o four_o week_n next_o ensue_v or_o soon_o if_o it_o may_v be_v and_o mutual_a instrument_n shall_v be_v exchange_v by_o each_o permission_n to_o ______o master_n and_o captain_n of_o the_o ship_n call_v ______o of_o the_o city_n of_o ______o of_o the_o burden_n of_o ______o tun_n or_o thereabouts_o be_v at_o present_a in_o the_o port_n and_o haven_n of_o ______o to_o go_z to_z ______o lade_v with_o ______o after_o search_n shall_v have_v be_v make_v of_o his_o ship_n and_o he_o before_o his_o departure_n shall_v have_v
