as_o to_o his_o proof_n he_o confess_v that_o the_o import_n of_o george_n fox_n word_n be_v a_o denial_n therefore_o say_v he_o i_o think_v it_o needful_a here_o to_o recite_v not_o only_a nathaniel_n cripps_n his_o certificate_n and_o testimony_n in_o that_o case_n but_o also_o the_o testimony_n of_o robert_n arch_n in_o relation_n to_o george_n fox_n advise_v he_o also_o 〈◊〉_d the_o do_v we_o see_v not_o it_o be_v so_o far_o below_o his_o know_a integrity_n as_o also_o far_o remote_a from_o his_o frequent_a advice_n to_o his_o dear_a friend_n second_o in_o as_o much_o as_o that_o he_o that_o stand_v approve_v in_o the_o conscience_n of_o the_o upright_a to_o god_n give_v a_o plain_a sincere_a and_o positive_a denial_n thereof_o three_o it_o be_v allege_v in_o charge_n against_o he_o by_o one_o that_o be_v not_o faithful_a himself_o to_o god_n in_o that_o testimony_n have_v as_o we_o understand_v pay_v the_o impropriator_n his_o tithe_n all_o along_o and_o therefore_o not_o excusable_a himself_o in_o god_n sight_n touch_v that_o matter_n all_o which_o be_v weigh_v in_o the_o equal_a balance_n and_o just_a measure_n we_o will_v give_v to_o all_o man_n we_o have_v sufficient_a ground_n in_o ourselves_o to_o believe_v the_o one_o rather_o than_o the_o other_o and_o beside_o what_o occasion_n be_v there_o for_o this_o advice_n be_v he_o declare_v it_o be_v his_o judgement_n to_o pay_v the_o impropriator_n his_o tithe_n and_o to_o advise_v he_o to_o buy_v off_o the_o priest_n tithe_n that_o he_o will_v never_o do_v george_z fox_n know_v well_o enough_o that_o those_o be_v not_o to_o be_v buy_v the_o priest_n have_v no_o state_n of_o inheritance_n therein_o but_o at_o long_a during_o life_n or_o his_o enjoy_n of_o the_o benefit_n that_o the_o tithe_n belong_v to_o therefore_o it_o be_v plain_a here_o be_v confusion_n which_o make_v the_o certificate_n very_o inconsistent_a with_o itself_o nathaniel_n cripps_n also_o be_v under_o a_o jumble_z in_o his_o own_o mind_n about_o the_o matter_n as_o not_o see_v the_o evil_a of_o pay_v the_o impropriator_n his_o tithe_n may_v easy_o mis-apprehend_a george_n fox_n in_o the_o discourse_n which_o it_o appear_v they_o have_v touch_v such_o thing_n his_o old_a age_n also_o be_v consider_v and_o the_o time_n of_o the_o say_a discourse_n nigh_o twenty_o year_n before_o the_o aforefaid_a certificate_n as_o we_o understand_v be_v give_v forth_o by_o he_o his_o remembrance_n with_o respect_n to_o the_o circumstance_n relate_v to_o it_o may_v easy_o fail_v he_o and_o leave_v he_o under_o on_o incapacity_n of_o give_v a_o just_a relation_n concern_v it_o this_o be_v the_o most_o charitable_a construction_n that_o we_o can_v give_v of_o what_o relate_v to_o he_o touch_v this_o matter_n which_o we_o be_v incline_v rather_o to_o take_v hold_v on_o then_o to_o render_v he_o one_o that_o will_v wicked_o bely_v the_o innocent_a on_o purpose_n although_o he_o leave_v a_o sufficient_a
