cap._n 3._o all_o person_n who_o since_o 10_o june_n 1697._o or_o before_o the_o say_v 10_o june_n have_v buy_v any_o order_n or_o part_n of_o order_n or_o tally_n and_o have_v or_o shall_v neglect_v to_o take_v assignment_n and_o register_v the_o same_o and_o to_o make_v a_o oath_n thereupon_o concern_v the_o praemium_fw-la or_o allowance_n within_o the_o 10_o day_n limit_v by_o the_o act_n ann._n 8_o &_o 9_o w._n 3._o entitle_v a_o act_n for_o make_v good_a the_o deficiency_n of_o several_a fund_n therein_o mention_v and_o for_o enlarge_a the_o capital_a stock_n of_o the_o bank_n of_o england_n and_o for_o raise_v the_o public_a credit_n and_o their_o executor_n administrator_n successor_n and_o assign_v shall_v have_v liberty_n for_o the_o do_v thereof_o till_o 10_o june_n 1698._o and_o the_o officer_n impower_v by_o the_o say_v former_a act_n to_o administer_v the_o say_v oath_n within_o the_o time_n thereby_o limit_v be_v to_o administer_v the_o like_a oath_n within_o the_o time_n by_o this_o act_n appoint_v ii_o where_o order_n of_o loan_n or_o tally_n be_v actual_o buy_v before_o 10_o june_n 1697._o and_o oath_n there_o of_o shall_v be_v make_v by_o 10_o june_n 1698._o before_o the_o person_n appoint_v by_o the_o say_v former_a act_n for_o administer_a the_o other_o oath_n concern_v the_o praemium_fw-la or_o allowance_n the_o person_n claim_v such_o order_n or_o tally_n by_o assignment_n not_o register_v or_o by_o indorsement_n only_o shall_v not_o be_v oblige_v to_o take_v the_o say_v other_o oath_n concern_v the_o praemium_fw-la and_o where_o the_o respective_a oath_n shall_v be_v due_o make_v pursuant_n to_o this_o act_n touch_v such_o order_n or_o tally_n as_o aforesaid_a the_o assignment_n thereof_o shall_v be_v as_o effectual_a as_o if_o the_o oath_n have_v be_v make_v within_o the_o time_n limit_v by_o the_o say_v former_a act._n iii_o after_o 10_o jan._n 1697._o the_o officer_n of_o the_o exchequer_n may_v upon_o request_n of_o the_o person_n entitle_v to_o order_n and_o tally_n of_o loan_n take_v in_o and_o cancel_v so_o many_o of_o the_o say_a order_n as_o follow_v successive_o in_o number_n and_o course_n and_o be_v of_o the_o same_o date_n and_o payable_a to_o one_o and_o the_o same_o person_n or_o corporation_n and_o whereof_o the_o interest_n have_v be_v pay_v to_o one_o and_o the_o same_o time_n together_o with_o the_o tally_n belong_v to_o such_o order_n and_o to_o give_v they_o as_o few_o order_n and_o tally_n in_o lieu_n thereof_o and_o of_o the_o same_o value_n and_o course_n of_o payment_n as_o shall_v be_v desire_v no_o one_o such_o new_a order_n contain_v above_o 5000_o l._n upon_o which_o new_a order_n shall_v be_v indorsed_n how_o far_o the_o interest_n have_v be_v satisfy_v and_o to_o who_o last_o assign_v which_o say_v new_a order_n and_o tally_n shall_v be_v valid_a to_o all_o intent_n and_o
