shoemaker_n shall_v use_v or_o put_v any_o un-sealed_n leather_n either_o in_o boot_n or_o shoe_n or_o put_v any_o of_o the_o forementioned_a faulty_a leather_n though_o seal_v as_o such_o in_o any_o outward_a sol_n or_o upper_a leather_n or_o in_o any_o other_o place_n which_o may_v be_v hurtful_a to_o the_o buyer_n or_o wearer_n or_o shall_v use_v any_o other_o way_n of_o deceit_n in_o make_v up_o his_o ware_n he_o shall_v make_v due_a and_o full_a recompense_n to_o the_o person_n or_o person_n wrong_v and_o complain_v and_o shall_v suffer_v such_o further_a punishment_n as_o his_o offence_n consider_v with_o the_o circumstance_n shall_v require_v plantation_n hide_v bring_v from_o other_o part_n and_o sell_v or_o use_v unseal_v to_o be_v forfeit_v the_o choose_n of_o the_o sealer_n to_o be_v leave_v to_o the_o several_a plantation_n 3._o and_o whosoever_o shall_v bring_v hide_n from_o any_o other_o part_n and_o shall_v sell_v or_o use_v any_o of_o they_o for_o boot_n or_o shoe_n within_o this_o jurisdiction_n before_o they_o be_v seal_v by_o some_o officer_n here_o according_a to_o the_o import_n of_o his_o order_n or_o shall_v use_v they_o in_o boot_n or_o shoe_n contrary_a to_o the_o intent_n thereof_o the_o hide_v so_o sell_v or_o use_v or_o the_o value_n of_o they_o shall_v be_v forfeit_v to_o the_o plantation_n where_o the_o offence_n be_v commit_v or_o such_o recompense_n or_o fine_a shall_v be_v make_v or_o pay_v if_o it_o be_v only_o of_o ignorance_n as_o the_o case_n may_v require_v provide_v that_o if_o both_o buyer_n and_o seller_n be_v faulty_a they_o shall_v pay_v the_o forfeiture_n betwixt_o they_o the_o choose_n and_o appoint_v of_o which_o aforesaid_a sealer_n or_o sealer_n the_o print_n or_o mark_v which_o each_o plantation_n shall_v set_v upon_o their_o seal_n for_o good_a or_o faulty_a leather_n with_o the_o rate_n to_o be_v allow_v for_o seal_v be_v leave_v to_o the_o several_a plantation_n seize_v defective_a leather_n to_o be_v search_v for_o &_o seize_v 4._o it_o be_v enact_v by_o the_o court_n and_o the_o authority_n thereof_o that_o the_o sealer_n shall_v make_v search_n within_o their_o limit_n in_o any_o house_n shop_n or_o warehouse_n where_o they_o shall_v conceive_v such_o defective_a leather_n be_v to_o be_v sell_v or_o deliver_v whither_o make_v up_o into_o shoe_n boot_n or_o otherwise_o as_o oft_o as_o they_o shall_v think_v meet_a and_o seize_v all_o such_o leather_n or_o shoe_n and_o any_o leather_n sell_v or_o offer_v to_o be_v sell_v bring_v or_o offer_v to_o be_v search_v or_o seal_v contrary_a to_o the_o true_a intent_n and_o meaning_n of_o this_o order_n the_o same_o to_o seize_v and_o retain_v in_o his_o or_o their_o custody_n and_o if_o the_o owner_n shall_v not_o submit_v to_o the_o judgement_n of_o such_o officer_n or_o officer_n shall_v within_o three_o day_n call_v to_o he_o two_o or_o three_o honest_a &_o skilful_a man_n in_o such_o ware_n to_o view_v the_o same_o in_o the_o presence_n of_o the_o party_n concern_v or_o without_o he_o he_o have_v notice_n thereof_o who_o shall_v certify_v upon_o their_o oath_n to_o the_o court_n or_o some_o one_o of_o the_o magistrate_n the_o defect_n of_o the_o say_a leather_n and_o that_o the_o forfeiture_n of_o such_o leather_n or_o shoe_n as_o aforesaid_a one_o third_n thereof_o shall_v go_v to_o the_o searcher_n forfeiture_n who_o to_o have_v the_o forfeiture_n and_o the_o other_o two_o three_o to_o the_o plantation_n wherein_o the_o offence_n be_v commit_v and_o if_o any_o sealer_n of_o leather_n shall_v refuse_v with_o convenient_a speed_n to_o seal_v any_o leather_n sufficient_o tan_v wrought_v and_o use_v according_a to_o the_o true_a meaning_n of_o this_o order_n penalty_n the_o sealer_n default_n &_o penalty_n or_o shall_v seal_v that_o which_o ought_v not_o to_o be_v seal_v according_a to_o this_o order_n shall_v forfeit_v for_o every_o such_o default_n twenty_o shilling_n to_o the_o county_n chap_n xiii_o magistrate_n &c_n magistrate_n power_n to_o grant_v attachment_n summons_n &c_n &c_n order_v by_o this_o court_n and_o the_o authority_n thereof_o that_o any_o magistrate_n shall_v have_v and_o hereby_o have_v power_n out_o of_o court_n to_o grant_v attachment_n summons_n sub_n pena_n hue_n and_o cry_n warrant_v for_o distress_n according_a to_o law_n for_o rate_n and_o fine_n warrant_v to_o apprehend_v any_o person_n for_o breach_n of_o any_o capital_a or_o penal_a law_n or_o for_o any_o misdemeanour_n or_o for_o person_n suspect_v thereof_o s._n to_o hear_v &_o determine_v the_o breach_n of_o penal_a law_n under_o 40_o s._n ordered_n that_o a_o magistrate_n may_v hear_v and_o determine_v the_o breach_n of_o any_o penal_a law_n or_o misdemeanour_n where_o to_o bound_v such_o person_n over_o to_o the_o county_n court_n etc._n to_o examine_v all_o suspicious_a person_n etc._n etc._n to_o answer_v for_o the_o same_o and_o such_o person_n not_o give_v sufficient_a
