leisure_n office_n etc._n etc._n enable_v with_o advantage_n and_o bind_v to_o know_v more_o than_o other_o and_o to_o put_v their_o knowledge_n in_o practice_n that_o they_o may_v be_v example_n to_o other_o o_o head_n of_o jacob_n and_o you_o prince_n of_o the_o house_n of_o israel_n be_v it_o not_o for_o you_o to_o know_v judgement_n 7._o it_o be_v a_o good_a evidence_n that_o a_o man_n be_v can_v not_o deny_v be_v it_o not_o for_o you_o to_o know_v judgement_n ver._n 2._o who_o hate_v the_o good_a and_o love_v the_o evil_a who_o pluck_v off_o their_o skin_n from_o off_o they_o and_o their_o flesh_n from_o off_o their_o bone_n 3._o who_o also_o eat_v the_o flesh_n of_o my_o people_n and_o flay_v their_o skin_n from_o off_o they_o and_o they_o break_v their_o bone_n and_o chap_v flow_v from_o their_o perverse_a and_o corrupt_a affection_n therefore_o say_v he_o of_o oppressor_n you_o hate_v the_o good_a and_o love_v the_o evil_n 4._o great_a perversity_n be_v usual_o find_v in_o such_o as_o aught_o and_o may_v and_o will_v not_o or_o neglect_v to_o make_v use_n of_o such_o mean_n as_o may_v promote_v piety_n and_o justice_n for_o all_o this_o pervesitie_n be_v in_o the_o above_o all_o law_n yet_o they_o have_v no_o power_n to_o oppress_v a_o people_n especial_o if_o they_o be_v god_n people_n and_o deal_v with_o they_o as_o they_o will_v but_o must_v be_v accountable_a for_o their_o carriage_n towards_o they_o and_o howsoever_o the_o oppress_a or_o other_o dare_v not_o challenge_v they_o for_o their_o injurious_a deal_n yet_o there_o be_v a_o god_n import_n that_o they_o shall_v be_v put_v to_o seek_v god_n who_o otherwise_o they_o misregarded_a then_o shall_v they_o cry_v 2._o natural_a man_n may_v make_v some_o show_n of_o seek_v god_n in_o trouble_n not_o in_o faith_n or_o out_o of_o love_n but_o out_o of_o sense_n of_o trouble_n then_o that_o be_v when_o the_o common_a calamity_n former_o threaten_v or_o their_o own_o particular_a preach_v peace_n do_v in_o effect_n destroy_v people_n soul_n with_o delusion_n as_o if_o these_o dog_n have_v devour_v the_o lord_n sheep_n with_o their_o tooth_n or_o they_o flatter_v the_o people_n in_o sin_n that_o they_o may_v get_v somewhat_o to_o eat_v and_o devour_v their_o substance_n wherein_o if_o they_o be_v not_o satisfy_v and_o humour_v according_a to_o their_o own_o desire_n they_o turn_v bitter_a enemy_n and_o denounce_v judgement_n though_o they_o former_o flatter_v they_o doct._n 1._o false_a teacher_n be_v not_o the_o least_o among_o the_o sad_a companion_n of_o a_o decline_a time_n nor_o will_v the_o lord_n forget_v to_o reckon_v with_o they_o for_o here_o the_o lord_n have_v such_o to_o deal_v with_o thus_o say_v the_o lord_n and_o not_o one_o prophet_n envy_v prophet_n preach_v and_o man_n rebel_v and_o yet_o god_n spare_v they_o they_o do_v hereby_o take_v occasion_n to_o contemn_v the_o law_n and_o word_n of_o god_n as_o a_o dead_a thing_n have_v no_o vigour_n nor_o authority_n and_o so_o run_v on_o all_o mad_a course_n insomuch_o that_o no_o justice_n be_v to_o be_v find_v for_o if_o there_o be_v any_o who_o respect_a equity_n or_o right_n they_o be_v so_o overpower_v with_o the_o multitude_n of_o wicked_a man_n that_o they_o dare_v not_o appear_v not_o can_v effect_n any_o thing_n and_o so_o justice_n can_v not_o choose_v but_o be_v wrest_v appear_v therein_o 2._o the_o lord_n forbear_v and_o long-suffering_a ofttimes_o prove_v a_o snare_n to_o wicked_a man_n harden_v they_o in_o their_o evil_a course_n for_o because_o of_o god_n indulgence_n therefore_o the_o law_n be_v slack_v etc._n etc._n 3._o it_o be_v not_o the_o enjoyment_n of_o the_o word_n of_o god_n or_o ordinance_n but_o their_o have_a authority_n and_o vigour_n in_o our_o heart_n and_o practice_n that_o will_v prove_v bless_v in_o enjoy_v they_o for_o this_o people_n have_v the_o law_n but_o it_o be_v the_o quarrel_n that_o it_o be_v slack_v or_o dead_a in_o its_o authority_n the_o law_n be_v slack_v the_o similitude_n be_v take_v from_o the_o faint_a or_o lifeless_a pulse_n of_o a_o die_a man_n 4._o contempt_n of_o the_o authority_n of_o the_o word_n shall_v not_o be_v permit_v to_o go_v beyond_o his_o commission_n and_o purpose_n but_o they_o shall_v do_v his_o work_n and_o pleasure_n not_o their_o own_o we_o shall_v not_o die_v o_o â—ord_n prophet_n look_v on_o god_n as_o look_v on_o and_o hold_v his_o tongue_n as_o a_o spectator_n only_o when_o he_o tolerate_v the_o chaldaean_n 4._o it_o be_v the_o duty_n and_o will_v be_v the_o care_n
