that_o since_o love_v and_o propension_n to_o act_n of_o beneficence_n be_v place_v in_o we_o for_o public_a good_a sake_n and_o for_o that_o of_o other_o more_o than_o of_o their_o own_o it_o be_v their_o sentence_n to_o life_n or_o punishment_n will_v have_v respect_n to_o merit_n or_o demerit_n so_o far_o as_o possible_o they_o can_v perceive_v or_o forefee_n they_o and_o not_o proceed_v therein_o as_o in_o a_o kind_n of_o lottery_n and_o as_o these_o and_o such_o like_a false_a representation_n must_v introduce_v idolatry_n within_o by_o mean_n of_o a_o short_a or_o unstable_a impression_n so_o when_o man_n come_v to_o adapt_v and_o proportion_v their_o outward_a service_n and_o worship_n it_o must_v also_o come_v to_o pass_v that_o the_o same_o must_v be_v defective_a false_a or_o frivolous_a and_o consequent_o so_o much_o more_o or_o less_o superstitious_a as_o they_o shall_v be_v more_o or_o less_o unknowing_a of_o god_n or_o his_o will_n and_o shall_v be_v therein_o only_o guide_v by_o particular_a fear_n and_o fancy_n upon_o which_o ground_n we_o may_v find_v reason_n why_o almighty_a god_n both_o in_o reference_n to_o his_o own_o honour_n and_o for_o estate_v man_n upright_a and_o blameless_a in_o their_o religious_a duty_n do_v always_o either_o himself_o appoint_v some_o establish_a form_n and_o rule_v therein_o or_o else_o authorize_v some_o or_o people_n whereby_o god_n may_v have_v a_o church_n or_o company_n of_o man_n more_o express_o serve_v and_o praise_v he_o it_o be_v yet_o so_o order_v that_o the_o necessity_n of_o particular_a for_o the_o ignorance_n of_o these_o before_o mention_v in_o the_o knowledge_n of_o the_o cause_n of_o political_a or_o artificial_a production_n with_o we_o unless_o we_o shall_v impious_o as_o
