leave_n or_o draw_v beast_n either_o out_o of_o his_o enclosure_n or_o upon_o any_o common_a or_o elsewhere_o except_o such_o be_v take_v damage_n feizant_n and_o dispose_v of_o according_a to_o law_n fence_n of_o all_o their_o cornfield_n to_o the_o end_n to_o take_v due_a notice_n of_o the_o real_a defect_n and_o insufficiency_n thereof_o owner_n to_o give_v notice_n of_o defect_n to_o the_o in_o case_n of_o defamation_n and_o battery_n 1647._o 49._o 3._o whereas_o by_o reason_n of_o the_o concourse_n of_o people_n and_o increase_v of_o trade_n in_o the_o town_n of_o boston_n suit_n at_o law_n be_v grow_v more_o frequent_a 6._o a._n 51._o p._n 6._o where_o the_o county_n court_n be_v much_o prolong_v and_o forasmuch_o as_o many_o crime_n be_v also_o commit_v in_o the_o say_a town_n by_o stranger_n and_o other_o which_o often_o escape_v unpunished_a for_o the_o prevention_n whereof_o boston_n commissioner_n of_o boston_n it_o be_v order_v by_o this_o court_n and_o the_o authority_n thereof_o that_o there_o be_v seven_o freeman_n resident_a in_o boston_n annual_o choose_v by_o the_o freeman_n of_o the_o say_a town_n and_o present_v to_o the_o court_n of_o assistant_n every_o church_n of_o christ_n have_v freedom_n to_o celebrate_v day_n of_o fast_v and_o prayer_n and_o of_o thanksgiving_n according_a to_o the_o word_n of_o god_n meeting_n elder_n meeting_n 8._o the_o elder_n of_o church_n and_o other_o brethren_n and_o messenger_n have_v liberty_n to_o meet_v monthly_o quarterly_o or_o otherwise_o in_o convenient_a number_n and_o place_n for_o conference_n and_o consultation_n about_o christian_a and_o church_n question_n and_o occasion_n provide_v that_o nothing_o be_v conclude_v and_o impose_v by_o way_n of_o authority_n from_o one_o or_o more_o church_n upon_o another_o but_o only_o by_o way_n of_o brotherly_a conference_n and_o consultation_n 9_o all_o church_n also_o have_v liberty_n to_o deal_v with_o any_o of_o their_o member_n in_o a_o
