so_o many_o lord_n 2._o there_o be_v in_o many_o person_n a_o particular_a sin_n which_o do_v prevail_v more_o than_o any_o other_o in_o the_o natural_a body_n there_o be_v all_o the_o humour_n yet_o one_o common_o be_v predominant_a and_o the_o denomination_n be_v from_o that_o thus_o it_o be_v in_o the_o body_n of_o sin_n though_o there_o be_v a_o mass_n of_o all_o corruption_n yet_o there_o may_v be_v some_o special_a corruption_n that_o have_v the_o great_a strength_n and_o prevalency_n this_o in_o scripture_n be_v call_v the_o sweet_a sin_n in_o which_o the_o great_a delight_n be_v take_v compare_v to_o a_o sweet_a morsel_n under_o the_o tongue_n job_n 20._o 12_o 13._o though_o wickedness_n be_v sweet_a in_o his_o mouth_n though_o he_o hide_v it_o under_o his_o tongue_n though_o he_o spare_v it_o and_o forsake_v it_o not_o yet_o at_o last_o it_o prove_v extreme_o bitter_a deadly_a as_o the_o very_a gall_n of_o asp_n within_o he_o 3._o there_o be_v some_o in_o who_o several_a sin_n be_v so_o predominant_a that_o it_o be_v hard_a to_o determine_v which_o be_v most_o master_n some_o have_v so_o hot_a a_o anger_n and_o so_o hot_a and_o furious_a a_o lust_n that_o you_o can_v so_o easy_o judge_v which_o of_o these_o be_v hot_a nay_o in_o some_o sin_n that_o seem_v very_o contrary_a one_o to_o another_o yet_o in_o several_a respect_n they_o will_v both_o prevail_v many_o a_o man_n be_v liberal_a and_o profuse_a as_o to_o his_o ornament_n and_o clothing_n he_o spend_v free_o in_o the_o sumptuous_a furnish_n of_o his_o table_n hand_n and_o purse_n be_v open_a if_o he_o be_v in_o riotous_a company_n yet_o if_o you_o ask_v this_o man_n but_o for_o a_o lutle_a to_o a_o good_a use_n tell_v he_o that_o the_o member_n of_o christ_n be_v many_o of_o they_o very_o needy_a and_o that_o he_o who_o give_v to_o the_o poor_a lend_v unto_o the_o lord_n here_o he_o be_v strange_o covetous_a and_o close_o fisle_v these_o thing_n premise_v i_o shall_v discover_v the_o master_n sin._n 1._o that_o be_v a_o master_n sin_n unto_o which_o the_o constitution_n do_v most_o strong_o incline_v they_o that_o be_v of_o a_o sanguine_a complexion_n be_v incline_v to_o lasciviousness_n voluptuousness_n and_o a_o airy_a frothiness_n of_o spirit_n which_o a_o great_a hindrance_n unto_o serious_a impression_n in_o the_o choleric_a passion_n and_o anger_n be_v apt_a to_o prevail_v and_o to_o hurry_v they_o to_o revengeful_a word_n and_o action_n not_o consider_v what_o injury_n they_o do_v to_o other_o and_o how_o much_o more_o to_o themselves_o the_o melancholic_a be_v prone_a to_o envy_n malice_n discontent_n the_o phlegmatic_a unto_o stupidity_n carelessness_n and_o sloth_n now_o satan_n take_v notice_n of_o the_o complexion_n sail_n with_o the_o stream_n of_o it_o and_o suit_v his_o bait_n to_o it_o and_o hereby_o have_v very_o great_a advantage_n though_o no_o sin_n have_v the_o dominion_n in_o believer_n for_o they_o be_v not_o under_o the_o law_n but_o under_o grace_n rom._n 6._o 14._o yet_o the_o complexion_n sin_n be_v apt_a sometime_o to_o master_n even_o they_o also_o therefore_o they_o have_v need_v to_o be_v watchful_a against_o it_o and_o to_o take_v great_a care_n and_o pain_n to_o mortify_v it_o the_o apostle_n paul_n observe_v his_o own_o constitution_n and_o make_v conscience_n of_o keep_v under_o his_o body_n that_o his_o temperament_n may_v john_n the_o baptist_n be_v a_o burn_a and_o a_o shine_a light._n herod_n the_o king_n hear_v he_o some_o of_o his_o exhortaion_n and_o doctrine_n go_v down_o with_o herod_n and_o produce_v a_o partial_a reformation_n at_o length_n the_o baptist_n come_v home_o and_o strike_v at_o the_o master_n sin_n tell_v herod_n of_o his_o herodias_n and_o that_o it_o be_v not_o lawful_a for_o he_o to_o
